To avoid disappointment, we recommend you secure your booking well ahead for all treatments. To book an

your appointment. Your credit card or gift voucher number is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations.
Please remember to present your gift voucher on arrival at the Spa.
We are open 7 days per week, including Public holidays (closed Christmas Day). A 10% surcharge applies to all treatments on Sundays and Public Holidays.
To ensure the safety of our guests please let us know in advance if you have any medical conditions or allergies that
could affect your treatment. Please advise of pregnancy so we can ensure your safety and customise your spa treatment
accordingly. The minimum age requirement for spa treatments is 16 years.
HOW
TO SPA
The Wellness Spa at Milton Park offers world class facilities. To enjoy the full value of your spa treatment experience, we
recommend you arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment . For men, we recommend shaving at least 2
hours prior to any facial treatment. As our guest you will have complimentary use of our steam room, sauna,
hydrotherapy pool and indoor heated pool and tennis courts. To enhance your experience please enjoy a herbal tea and
a selection of dried fruits & nuts before your treatment whilst you complete your detailed consultation form, this will allow
you time to relax and enjoy your spa experience.
The Spa is an area of relaxation and tranquility. We ask that you help us maintain the peace and serenity of all relaxation
areas. Please have your mobile switched off. We recommend that alcohol and non prescription drugs are not consumed
prior to your spa treatment. The Spa is a non-smoking area.
SUGGESTED ATTIRE
We will provide you with slippers and a robe to wear for your treatment.. A locker, change room and towels will also be
provided, we recommend not to bring valuables to the spa, should you do so, this is at your own risk. Swimwear must be
worn if utilising the Spa, Sauna or Steam room facilities. During treatments, underwear is to be worn at all times, disposable underwear is provided for all body wraps and water therapy treatments.

We offer a variety of healthy meals available in both our award winning Orangerie & Hordern’s Restaurants, a delicious
High Tea is also available.
GIFT VOUCHERS & PRODUCT PURCHASES
Gift Vouchers are the perfect gift for any special occasion. All treatments are available as a Gift Voucher or a Gift
Voucher may be purchased for a specified value. Purchases can be made in person or by telephone and vouchers can
be sent to you or directly to the recipient.

CANCELLATION POLICY
When cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, we require 24 hours notice, any no-show appointment cancelled within
24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Group and Corporate appointments require 48 hours notice.
