Buyer numbers will be issued only with a valid I.D. and credit card number. We
would sincerely appreciate complete payment of embryos prior to Feb. 1, 2015
in order to complete our records and fulfill our scholarship commitments. Any
person not completing payment will be pursued legally. The auction will be video
taped, and any legal action will be supported by video tape. Payment on lots not
settled for Friday evening should be mailed immediately to: Embryos On Snow,

REFERENCES TO CLONED SEMEN
All embryos sired by semen from a clone will be referred to as
sired by that sire’s original name. For example, a mating listed
as sired by Monopoly may be sired by original or clone semen.
Please Note
All transfer of embryos is between the buyer and the seller. No exceptions!
The buyer is responsible to notify the seller of all shipping instructions, and the
seller is responsible for all insurance and shipping cost on embryos. Terms on
semen differs—see semen lot pages.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SELLER
1) All transfer of embryos is between the buyer and the seller.
2) Delivery of the embryos to the buyer is the sole responsibility of the seller.
The seller guarantees the safe delivery of a wet tank.
3) The seller is responsible for shipping cost and insurance cost.
4) The seller must uphold the Embryos On Snow guarantee of a minimum of one
pregnancy per three embryos.
5) Sellers are aware that no payments will be made from the sale management
until the embryos have been delivered to the buyer.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER
1) The buyer MUST pay for his/her purchase/s prior to February 1, 2015.
2) The buyer must contact the seller to notify him/her of the COMPLETE SHIPPING instructions. NO exceptions!
3) Also, buyers should note that the seller will not deliver the embryos until complete payment is made by the buyer at least 10 DAYS PRIOR TO SHIPMENT.
4) In the event that embryos are not delivered to the buyer, all funds will be
returned to the buyer prior to July 1, 2015, unless otherwise stated in the lot
description of that donor.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SALE MANAGEMENT
Christy Collins, Inc. will notify the seller of complete payment on sale lots.
All payments will be held by Christy Collins, Inc., until exchange of embryos is
complete. Please make all payments prior to February 1st, no exceptions.
EMBRYO GUARANTEE TO THE BUYER
The sale staff guarantees that each embryo package consists of Grade One and/
or Grade Two embryos that have been frozen by a reputable source. We will guarantee Grade Two embryos, just like Grade Ones, and feel that the eggs we are
representing are of the best quality. On behalf of the seller, we will not represent
low grade embryos or embryos that are not collected through reputable facilities.
Sellers acknowledge that they understand they are responsible for guarantees
made by the sale staff and that they will help take reasonable actions to insure that
the buyers of their lots are satisfied with their purchases.
SPECIAL GUARANTEE
Sellers of embryo lots will guarantee the establishment of at least one 60-day
pregnancy per three embryos transferred, if the following conditions are met:
A. The transfers must take place in the calendar year of the sale date.
B. Transfers are performed by one of the following facilities: Trans Ova, Donor
Solutions, Collison Vet Clinic, GH/SEK, Hereford Vet Clinic, Ultimate Genetics,
or other pre-approved facility.
C. Buyers of embryo packages that fail to establish at least one pregnancy will be
given credit in next year’s sale, or additional embryos from the seller from the
same mating, or if the buyer chooses another of similar value.

s the partners and founders of Embryos on Snow, we are proud to generate a program that recognizes
leading young people who are a part of our industry. The primary goal of La Prix is to allow this sale to give
back to an outstanding youth who has a dream and a goal of building a business or starting a project at the
front of their young professional life. It is profound that the sharing of these genetics, that many do not have
to sell, can go toward helping a program like La Prix.
The 2014 La Prix awarded $10,000 to its winner and $3,000 to the runner up. The award for 2014 was
funded by the commissions from the 2013 sale, in addition to the generous donation of Trans Ova Genetics.
In 2015, we will again award $13,000 in awards. This year’s scholarship is made possible by the major
Embryos On Snow sponsors: Trans Ova Genetics, Donor Solutions, SEK Genetics and VitaFerm®, and
through the purchase of the donation lots in 2014. We appreciate all of the added support and help.
All judging for the La Prix contest is done independently and anonymously. The judges for the final selection
of the 2015 winner and runner-up will be announced prior to the naming of this year’s recipient.

• We are happy to start the sale off with these proven embryos! Two years ago, the 0454 EOS embryos were purchased by Jason Jensen and resulted
in this year’s Buyer’s Choice Live Lot A. The embryos selling are also sibs to the 2012 West Texas State Fair Champion Polled Hereford Steer and to
Even Better, a bull calf that was sold in 2013 to the partnership of Trausch Farms and Wade Rodgers for a combined value of nearly $80,000.
• 0454 is a leading donor for the productive Glover program in Oklahoma. Her first calf was a natural Crimson Tide that sold for $5,750. In 2014, a Made
Right steer calf sold for $34,000, and Jason Jensen had two bulls that are the talk of the Hereford-cross world—Lot A in this sale. 0454 also produced
a $15,000 Man Among Boys heifer calf in 2014.
• We all know that the semen used in these three matings is rare and expensive! When the semen cost is this high, it makes good sense to invest in

• “Kelli” is one of the most productive cows ever to come out of the Nick Reimann herd. She has produced over $500,000 in progeny sales to date.
The Reimanns and Bridwells have graciously agreed to add this donor to the Embryos On Snow lineup. “Kelli” is one of the most impressive cows to
walk the country and is extremely proven, to say the least.
• The embryos selling in Lot A are full sibs to the Reserve Grand Steer at the 2014 Ohio State Fair. “Kelli” also produced the 2014 Reserve Chi Steer
at Tulsa, Grand Steer at the OSU AGR, a heifer that was the 2014 NWSS Grand Champion MaineTainer in both the open and junior shows and the
Champion AOB heifer at the 2013 NAILE. In the fall of 2014, this donor raised a top promotional sire prospect sold to Wade Rodgers and Brian
Goettemoeller, now named Made to Order 2. Also this fall, a heifer calf from Kelli sold for $30K. She also produced “Made to Order,” an awesome

• Mercedes made her first appearance in Embryos On Snow in 2014. Her list of accomplishments is long. The embryos selling are full sibs to many high
sellers and champions and now to a new promotional bull for Wade Rodgers named Man 2 Man. He has been seen by many and is one of the most
exciting new bulls on the market today. In addition to this cow’s recent accomplishments, she also produced two heifer calves by MAB that averaged
$24,500—one went on to be named Reserve Grand Commercial Heifer at Lima, OH. A few months ago, an I Believe steer calf sold to the Heintz family
for $49,500; he’s a full sib to the Lot B embryos.
• The embryos selling are also full or maternal sibs to many champions, including the 2010 Reserve Champion MaineTainer Heifer at the NAILE and
the Supreme Champion Heifer at the 2012 Ohio State Fair. The Man Among Boys embryos are full sibs to the Grand Champion Steer at the 2013

• 902W is one of the most popular donor cows in the club calf business today. With much arm twisting, we have finally secured 902W as a member of
the Embryos On Snow lineup. A long list of breeders have tried buying this cow with no success, and this is the first opportunity ever to buy her frozen
genetics—and may we mention the only time this year.
• 902W has a long list of progeny that includes promotional sires, show winners and top sellers, including Italian Stallion, the MAB son owned by Matt
Lautner; Liquid Courage, an Irish Whiskey son owned by Fair, Blaine Rodgers, Wheeler and Reimann that was displayed in Denver and whose first
daughters sold like gangbusters this past fall; Lucky, another MAB son that is owned by Fair and leased to Select Sires; and Don’t Stop Believin’, a
BIM son also displayed in Denver and owned by Fair, Bright and Leo Brothers.
• The list of show winners that 902W has produced could go on and on. Some of the most noted include Reserve Champion, Sioux Empire Farm Show;

The only difference in this pedigree is that Anastasia’s dam is a full sister to the donor dam of this embryo package, Brielle 8052.
• Recently named National Show Heifer of the Year, Anastasia won the 2014 Fort Worth Open Show and was Reserve Grand at the 2013 American Royal
Open Show as a calf. In 2014, Anastasia returned to the Royal to win Grand Champion Female honors in both the Junior and Open Hereford shows.
• Three full sisters to the embryos selling sold in Barber Ranch’s December 2014 Holiday Lights Sale for an average of nearly $22,000 per head. Lots
1 and 3 in that Holiday Lights Sale were also out of Brielle 8052 (maternal sibs to the embryos selling), one of which sold for $75,000 for half interest
and the other for $30,000.
• It is obvious that this mating produces elite show heifer prospects. More importantly, however, these embryos are out of one of the most soughtafter Hereford bloodlines ever—Sooner X Gabrielle. Gabrielle is one of only two females in the Hereford breed ever to win Denver as a calf, then
win the Junior National the following summer and again win Denver, as a yearling. Gabrielle won Denver as a May baby from the youngest class the
first time around and then was crowned Supreme Champion Hereford as a yearling.
