SURVEY RESULTS
At Peoples, our goal is to deliver a high level of service that is consistent
regardless of situation or circumstances. At the core of Peoples is an
understanding and use of our knowledge, creativity and innovation to
solve problems and provide solutions. Annually the Bank conducts a
Customer Satisfaction Survey and we were again very pleased
with the responses received and the overall number of customers
that chose to take the survey. We value your feedback as it
provides an opportunity to hear what we’re doing well and
what you would like to see in the future. It also gives us a
chance to remind customers of the services we offer.
The survey did include a new question this year: “Did you
know that Peoples offers investment planning services
through Peoples Wealth Management division?” Response
was positive but for those that are not aware of Peoples
Wealth Management division, I personally invite you to
contact Jeff Isaacson and Dan Augustine to learn more
about the options available to you. They are knowledgeable
and experienced financial consultants that have assisted

HSA UPDATE
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) are a tax favored consumer savings
arrangement for individuals and families covered by High Deductible
Health Plans (HDHP). A HSA allows for tax-deductible contributions
and tax-free distributions for qualified medical expenses. Peoples
continues to make having a HSA convenient with access to account
information through Online Banking, automated telephone banking
and mobile banking.
2014 maximum contribution limits are as follows:
Single Coverage.....$3,300
Family Coverage....$6,550
Catch-up contributions of $1,000 for eligible individuals who are
55 plus are allowed. All HSA contributions received are considered
current year unless we are notified in writing.

Team Peoples served another tasty
roast at Beef-A-Rama in Minocqua
on September 28.
More than 500 customers and
neighbors braved the wind and
cold temperatures to take part
in our 6th annual Rib Mountain
Pumpkin Patch on October 26.
A total of 406 lbs of food was
gathered at the event to benefit
the Marathon County Hunger
Coalition.

served a free lunch on Thursday,
November 14 at Texas Roadhouse
in Rib Mountain. With the help
of 100 volunteers the weeklong
fundraiser served 1319 meals and
raise $10,588.25 to support the
Salvation Army’s Food Pantry.

cup long grain white rice
cup wild rice
can cream of mushroom OR cream of celery soup
package frozen broccoli
small can pimento – more for color than taste, we have forgotten
to add
cup slivered almonds
green peppers, chopped
large onion
stick of butter
Cook white rice and wild rice separately. Saute green pepper and
onion in butter. Cook the broccoli. Mix all ingredients together in a
casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, remove
the cover and bake an additional 15 minutes to brown.
We double this recipe as it freezes well. My husband gets credit for this
recipe. A co-worker of his had brought it for a potluck, he liked it so
well he asked for the recipe.
