The Twickenham Stoop Stadium has been
home to Harlequins, the world famous rugby
club, since 1963. Over the years the stadium
has been redeveloped into a unique and
excellent venue for business and events.
Our flexible approach allows you to either
simply hire the venue and design your own
event, or alternatively, our experienced team
would be delighted to manage the whole
process for you.
We can offer anything from small meetings,
conferences, training courses, summer and
Christmas parties to the full hire of the stadium
for corporate days.
With close proximity to Central London, the
M25, A3, M3 and Heathrow International
Airport, the Twickenham Stoop is the perfect
venue for business and private events.

MEMBERS CLUBHOUSE
EXECUTIVE BOXES
Experience the true rugby heritage of Harlequins with
club memorabilia and historic photographs within the
Members’ Bar, located on the ground floor of the LV= Stand.
Accommodating up to 220 delegates for a conference and
dinner, this room offers natural daylight, plasma screens and
can be provided with the full range of audio-visual equipment.
The Twickenham Stoop Stadium is home to 34 executive
boxes all of which are on the first floor of the Etihad andLV=
Stands. Each box has a magnificent view of the pitch and
direct access to the stands. The boxes offer a relaxed setting
perfect for smaller meetings or breakout rooms for larger
events. Selected executive boxes can also be expanded
to accommodate up to 20 guests, for lunch or boardroom
style. All executive boxes provide natural daylight and come
equipped with a plasma screen, audio-visual equipment and
blackout blinds.
We have a wide range of audio-visual equipment on
site and can arrange for any additional services you
may require via one of our recommended suppliers.

THE UNDERCROFT
With three bars and its own reception area, the Undercroft is
situated on the ground floor of the Etihad Stand and offers
1,114 square metres of floor space, making it a magnificent
venue for larger events. The Undercroft also divides into
three individual function rooms providing flexibility for events
ranging from exam halls to conferences, dinners to parties
and exhibitions to fairs. Accommodating up to 1,000 people,
each room offers natural daylight, blackout blinds, big
screens, plasma screens and can also provide full audiovisual equipment to bands and DJ’s.

BY ROAD
From the M3:
Follow the M3 until the Sunbury roundabout. Continue up the A316 Chertsey Road, over three roundabouts. Continue for 2
miles. With Twickenham Rugby Stadium on your left, Harlequins’ ground is on the right. U-turn at the RFU roundabout. Enter
the Stoop via Langhorn Drive, 450 yards on your left.
From the M4:
Leave the M4 at Junction 3. Take the 3rd exit of the Roundabout for the A312, towards Feltham (A3006). Continue along
the A312 for 4.5 miles. At the A305 / A316 roundabout, turn left onto the A316. Follow the A316 Chertsey Road, over three
roundabouts. Continue for 2 miles. With Twickenham Rugby Stadium on your left, Harlequins’ ground is on the right. U-turn at
the RFU roundabout. Enter the Stoop via Langhorn Drive, 450 yards on your left.
BY BUS
Bus number 267 runs between Hammersmith and Fulwell Garage, calling at Stamford Brook, Turnham Green, Kew Bridge,
Brentford, Isleworth and Twickenham. Bus number 281 runs between Hounslow and Tolworth, visiting Whitton, Twickenham,
Fulwell, Teddington, Hampton Wick, Kingston and Surbiton. Both services stop within easy reach of the ground.

Twickenham station is served by South-West trains from London Waterloo and Reading, with more services and routes
accessible via Clapham Junction. Upon leaving the station, turn right towards Twickenham Rugby Stadium and left at the traffic
lights. Take the first left into Court Way and then turn left into Craneford Way and continue on until you reach the stadium.
The Twickenham Stoop is at the end of the road on the right.
PARKING INFORMATION
Our onsite car park is located within the stadium grounds. Parking is available throughout the week outside of major events
and match days, free of charge. It accommodates up to 300 cars. Larger vehicles, such as transit vans, stretch limousines,
minibuses and coaches can also be accommodated, subject to availability.
