The fee will help offset the cost of mailing and printing the quarterly newsletter. VMP residents and VMP volunteers with no less than 25 hours annually will receive complimentary membership. We cannot guarantee group seating accommodations on bus or at venue if everyone in group does not sign up at the same time. If you have any special needs, dietary, seating preference or medical consideration, please inform us at the time of your reservation. We regret we cannot provide assistance for an individual’s personal needs. A companion (separate registration and applicable fee required) must accompany any person who needs such assistance. Payment must be received two weeks prior to the date of a trip or event! VMP-SCC reserves and pays for tickets, entertainment and meals weeks to months in advance. CANCELLATIONS If you know you need to cancel, please notify the SCC Office as soon as possible.
