WHO ARE WE?
Gargour Automotive Company is the only authorized
distributor in Lebanon for Jeep® as well as Mopar
accessories and genuine parts in Lebanon.
BISCO is the first ambulance converter in Lebanon to
provide ambulance equipment at local and
international standards.
The companies combined their expertise in the first
initiative in the Middle East to modify a Jeep® Wrangler
Unlimited into an ultimate off-road ambulance able to
rescue and retrieve patients from unchartered
territories.
The Jeep® Wrangler Unlimited was equipped by BISCO and modified by
Gargour Automotive Company to become the template for an ultimate
rescue ambulance. The purpose of the modification is to provide the
means to rescue accident victims in normally inaccessible locations.

Front metal off-road bumper, heavy duty recovery winch, Tubular side
steps, 2 inch lift kit, 33 inch off-road tires, Wheel Spacers, Snorkel,
Off-road projector lights and High Lift Jack – First Responder Edition.

- Metallic floor platform tailor made to Jeep®
Wrangler Bolt seat pattern with integrated
second battery box
- Platform floor covered with washable
rubber and non-slippery material
- Provision rails and fasteners to
accommodate S-29 main stretcher
- Provision for radio communication and
control console
- Tailor made roof rack powder-coated in
black
- UHF/VHF Antenna installed on roof rack.
- Removal of front passenger seat
- Holders for oxygen cylinders fixed on the
right rear side of the vehicle above wheel
