Whilst we do not charge a venue hire fee or have a minimum number of guests required
we do have a minimum spend per function.
D AY F U N C T I O N S
*Functions for a 2 hour time block require a minimum spend of $1000.
*Functions for a 3 hour time block require a minimum spend of $1500.
(We recommend that you only select 6 pieces of finger food from any of the food package options for
day functions as this is usually adequate food for 2 or 3 hour time frames.)
EVENING FUNCTIONS
*There is a minimum spend of $2000 for an evening function. (4-5 hour time block)
All functions can be fully catered for to suit your event and we are only too happy to discuss any queries you may have in
this regard. The Conservatory Cafe is perfect for a cocktail style function with a variety
of finger foods available to suit your needs.

REFUND POLICY
The full deposit will be refunded on cancellations received 60 days prior to the function date. If a function is booked less
than 60 days prior to the function date then the deposit is non refundable.
