Getting Started
We’ll scan them using our new Kodak high
speed scanner and write them all to an
archival CD. And all at a ridiculously low
price. Kodak’s new scan technology, along
with their proprietary scanning software
insure that your photos are well protected.
Once your photos have been scanned to a
CD, your options are limitless. We can make
high quality Kodak prints and enlargements
for you with correcting enhancements to
duplicate your photos. You can have extra
copies of the CD made to share with friends
and family. You can upload your newly
scanned images to albums on our web site,
free of charge, and invite friends and family
to view and order their own prints. You can
email them, use them on web sites, and
more.
There are a few requirements, and some preparation for this service, that will insure the
quality of your finished scans.
˜ We can only accept loose photos.
Remove all prints (no negatives or slides)
from albums, envelopes, sleeves, frames etc.
No tape, glue, staples or tears.
˜Sort your photos by size, from smallest
to largest. The smallest size we can accept is
a 3½x5 and the largest is 8x10..
˜Photos must be ‘bendable’ in order to go
through our high speed scanner. Mounted
photos, and some of the older Polaroid prints
that are mounted on cardboard, and any
other prints that will not bend, must be
custom scanned on our flat bed scanner.

˜ Any preparation that is not done will
incur additional charges to the order.
Notice: These high speed scans are designed
to digitally preserve your photos. Due to the
nature of high speed scans, there are
variations between the files produced from
mass scans and those produced from
individual scans in regard to color and/or
contrast. These variations will be minimized
in our printing process when we make your
prints, by applying our color and contrast
enhancements. We do provide both services,
and the individual adjusted scans are $6.95
each. There is no refund for high speed
scans, and you understand and agree that we
cannot guarantee image quality of the
reproductions resulting from these scans, or
individually quality control your files due to
the extremely high volume scanning
operation. Files are scanned at 300ppi at the
original size.
