DESCRIPTION
Work on the new BevMo in Ballard has finished. Scope of work included complete site work, site utilities, and Seattle right-of-way off-site improvements.
Upgrades include extensive structural improvement, impervious concrete parking area, insulation, mechanical, and electrical. Architectural improvements
include an exterior masonry wainscot, architectural sheet metal, and storefront glazing. The complete interior buildout includes complete MEP, refrigeration
units, retail space and interior finishes. This project was completed ahead of schedule with shared savings for owner and contractor.
