CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
1.
The contest entry fee is $25.00 for Knee Deep Club Members and $30.00 for non-members ($25 entry + $5 non-member fee), and must be submitted with
the official contest entry form below. The contest will begin at 5:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 21, 2014 and will conclude at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday June 22, 2014.

Mailed-in entries must be received by the Club on Friday, June 20, 2014, regardless of postmark. In-person entries can be made at the official Knee Deep
Contest Weigh Stations until 8:00 A.M., Saturday, June 21, 2014. No one will be allowed to register after this time. No exceptions.
3.
Cash prizes will be based on an 80% payback of entry fees will go to the top three anglers who score the highest points based on the following point
system. Points of five (5), three (3) and two (2) will be awarded for First, Second and Third Place fish in the following seven categories: Trout (all
species), Channel Catfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Hybrid Striped Bass, Pickerel and Walleye. Top finishers will be based on weight
and any ties will be broken by which fish was entered first. In the event of a tie in total points the angler that has the single largest fish will win. Anglers
will only be allowed one place fish in each category but can continue to enter fish to improve their standings.
4.
In addition to the three cash prizes, seven Rod & Reel Combos donated by Ramsey Outdoor will be awarded to the individuals who place first in each
of the seven categories. A contestant may win only one Rod & Reel combo. If a contestant places first in more than one category, they will receive
the Rod & Reel Combo for their heaviest fish. The second place contestant will receive the Rod & Reel Combo in the other Category.
5.
Contestants may enter fish caught in Lake Hopatcong ONLY! All persons in a boat must be entered in the contest to qualify for prizes.
Contestants may fish any part of the contest, you do not have to fish for its entirety. All fish may be weighed-in during normal weigh station hours. Any
disputes must be resolved at the time of the weigh-in, and the decision of the Contest Committee will be final and binding! The Weigh Master has the
right to retain, cut open or inspect any fish. No fish will be weighed in after 4:00 P.M.
6.
The Official Contest Weigh Stations will be DOW'S BOAT RENTAL, Nolan's Point and LAKES END MARINA, Lakeside Blvd., Landing. All entrants
must abide by the current N.J. Fishing Laws. A standings board will be maintained at Dow’s Boat Rental throughout the contest.

LIABILITY RELEASE: In signing this agreement I hereby release Knee Deep Club, its officers, agents, employees and sponsors from any and all damages,
claims, demands, costs or expenses relating to injury of any persons or any property which I may sustain or which I may cause by reason of participating in or
in conjunction with this contest. I further agree that I will never sue Knee Deep Club for damages on account of any injury or damage I suffer or cause whether
known now or which may develop in the future. In the event Knee Deep Club is sued because of my actions, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold Knee
Deep Club harmless from any liability whatsoever including court costs and attorney’s fees arising with respect to such actions. I understand that in waiving my
rights to sue Knee Deep Club I also am waiving my rights of recovery from Knee Deep Club or its insurance carrier for any claims they may pay on my behalf.
