High Security Cluster Box Units (CBUs) – USPS Approved

The "F" series CBU is designed to meet or exceed new USPS Security Standards. These high security USPS approved Cluster Box Units (CBU) are made entirely of heavy
duty extruded aluminum and stainless steel hinges and are accessed from the front through an easy-opening master door gate assembly with a built-in hold open
device. All USPS approved mailboxes, parcel lockers and outgoing mail compartments enjoy added security features such as hardened locks for individual tenant
compartments as well as thicker aluminum for the units outer cabinet and doors. CBU units come in 8, 12, 13 and 16-door address models, offering individually
lockable front access doors made of extruded aluminum. They include outgoing mail receptacles and Parcel Lockers in one durable and self-contained unit, mountable
on the optional pedestals or a base of your choice.

installations not serviced by the U.S. Postal Service, such as dormitories, military bases,
universities/colleges, hotels, etc. Each private access mailbox is made of the same heavy-gauge
aluminum as the H1400 and H1500 series and meets all U.S.P.S. regulations except those
relating to compartment size. The smaller compartments allow for more horizontal private

MANUFACTURED TO POSTAL REGULATIONS. National Mailboxes has secure locking
mailboxes made entirely of heavy gauge aluminum USPS approved). Our horizontal, high
security mailboxes are manufactured to meet the specifications of USPS. standard 4C which
was created to provide a higher level of mail security. 4C Mailboxes feature a durable
aluminum powder coated finish and include factory installed 1⁄2" wide peripheral trim. Our secure locking
mailboxes are available as standard units or can be configured with a combination of four mailbox door sizes
and three parcel locker door sizes to meet your custom requirements. Each secure mailbox door includes a
five pin cylinder cam lock with a dust/rain shield and three keys. A compartment equivalent to two 31⁄4" high
tenant doors is used for outgoing mail collection. The compartment is labeled “Outgoing Mail” and includes
a 103⁄4" x 3⁄4" mail slot and a weather protection hood. High security mailboxes are designed for outdoor use
and are ideal for apartments, commercial buildings, colleges and schools and many other applications.

distribution. The rear of the unit incorporates a solid closed back.
Rear Loading: The front of the outgoing mail compartment is comprised of two fixed panels and there is no
U.S.P.S. master lock access door. The rear of the unit incorporates one or two heavy duty access door(s) with
latches and continuous hinges.

while still being compliant with the new USPS STD-4C installation requirements. These units are perfect for your stand alone delivery and collection
needs with absolutely no wall space requirements.
• The Vario Depot Mail Stand Kit is the ideal
indoor/ outdoor solution for all your stand
alone delivery and collection needs with no wall
space required.
• Our pre-engineered mail stand kits are a
perfect compliment for all 4C horizontal
mailboxes and trash-recycling bin modules,
creating an attractive indoor-outdoor center for
mail delivery.
• Kit comes as either a single or double column
wide, and accepts one 4C horizontal mailbox
unit or module.
• Our mail kiosks are engineered solely to
accommodate our USPS Approved 4C high
security horizontal mailboxes. The depot design
ensures the 4C modules comply with USPS STD4C installation requirements.
• The Vario Depot Mail Stand is all aluminum.
Durable weatherproof powder coat finish resists
scratching and vandalism. Both the Depot and
4C mailboxes are offered in the same 10
architectural powder coated finishes. Mix or
match the color of the Mail Stand and
mailboxes to establish your own unique and
attractive look.
• Kit comes complete with all necessary
hardware, excluding anchor system.
• Select from our variety of pre-configured units
below or we can design one for you.

or knocked down for ease of handling and is

National Mailboxes H2000 series, rear or front loading, brass mailboxes have solid brass die-cast doors which include a five pin cylinder cam lock with two keys, a clear 1⁄4"
glass window and a name plate to identify the tenant’s name and/or box number. The doors are hinged on brass frames and are attached to the individual compartments
with four screws. The mailbox compartments are constructed of 20 gauge steel and powder coated tan. They are designed to stack two high and mount adjacent to each
other or between wall studs. All units have the same outside dimensions. Rear loading units can be accessed by the USPS when used in Rotary Mail Centers.
Rear Loading units have open backs. Locking rear
covers (H2050) are available as an option upon
request. Front Loading units include solid rear
covers. Two master commercial locks with two keys
(H2092) open a door panel that swings on a
continuous hinge. All openings are usable.

H2200 Series Parcel Lockers
(USPS Approved and for Private Use/Private Access) National Mailboxes H2200 series parcel lockers offer tenants a convenient way to receive packages on site and
are fit with a two key security system. When the USPS or an individual delivers a parcel to the locker, a parcel locker key is placed in the recipient’s mailbox. Once
the recipient opens the parcel locker, the key is automatically retained in the lock until it is removed with a control key. The units have 1⁄4" thick extruded aluminum
doors with a durable powder coated silver finish and are equipped with a hinged rear door which allows access from the rear. Parcel lockers are designed to fit into
the rack ladder and data distribution systems and Free-Standing Mail Centers.
H2200 Series Drop Boxes
(For Private Use/Private Access) National Mailboxes H2200 series drop boxes have a 1⁄4" thick extruded aluminum solid front with a durable powder coated silver
finish. The one compartment drop box (H2280) has a 16"W x 3⁄4"H mail slot. The two compartment drop box (H2282) has two 9"W x 3⁄4" H mail slots. Drop boxes
have a 4"H rear panel to contain the mail. Locking rear covers (H2285) are available as an option upon request. Drop boxes are designed to fit into the rack ladder
and data distribution systems and Free-Standing Mail Centers.

brass style rear loading mailbox units. To operate, the user unlocks the unit and rotates the inner cabinet 180 degrees so that the rear of the

National Mailboxes Letter Locker Collection Boxes
are ideal for big institutions that receive a high
mail volume and that use the standard USPS mail
totes, such as universities, airports, schools, medical
facilities and government agencies. These pedestal
style collection boxes are a great fit for customers
who handle large amounts of incoming or outgoing
mail. The US Postal Service will place a mail tote or
bin filled with incoming mail in the collection box
while removing the existing bin of outgoing mail.
Our letter lockers are prepared for the USPS lock
for mail carrier access and require USPS approval.
Made of heavy gauge electro-galvanized steel.
Several powder coat finish colors are available
including gray, bronze, black, tan and white.

If you’re looking for locking mailboxes for sale, then look no further than National Mailboxes. The National
Mailboxes H2400 series data distribution box system of cast aluminum mailboxes each have 1⁄4" thick
extruded aluminum doors with a durable powder coated silver finish. Each door includes a 3⁄4" High door slot,
a five-pin cylinder cam lock with two keys and is hinged horizontally at the bottom. Alternative locking
systems are available. Doors are available without slots upon request. The compartments have open backs
(rear covers H2451 are available as an option upon request) and are constructed of 20 gauge steel. All units
have the same outside dimensions. Every aluminum distribution box is designed to be installed between rack
ladders (H2400). The rack ladders support five units to form a column of boxes. Each aluminum distribution
box can also be used in Free-Standing Mail Centers.

Key Control Cabinets
AF Single- and Two-Key storage cabinets provide a centralized, secure location for organizing large numbers
of keys belonging to many people. Locking key cabinets include all components for a key control system in
which all keys are organized and attached to numbered tags hung on slots with numbers corresponding to

National Mailboxes offers the widest selection of mail sorters in the USA. These mail sorters are adjustable, durable, and have very spacious
pockets. Our heavy duty solid steel metal mail sorters are ideal for commercial, industrial and office environments including production mail
centers as well as casual office environments. Our high quality and crafted mail sorters offer spacious adjustable height pockets for departments
or personnel who tend to receive large amounts of mail. Closed backs or open back style mail sorters are available. National Mailboxes’ all steel
metal mail sorter line is offered in eight frame sizes from 12" wide to 96" wide. Mail sorters come in two depths: 123⁄4" deep (letter size) and 153⁄4" deep (legal size).
Additional charge applies for legal size depth. Our mail sorters feature four different individual shelf widths of 5", 9½", 11½" and 23". ½" shelf identification lip is
located on front edge of each shelf for easy labeling as well as for added strength. Each pocket or compartment is adjustable in height by ½" increments.

• Manufactured of heavy duty 16 gauge steel
• Provides a private and secure space for your
individual storage needs.

unassembled or assembled units.
• Adjustable top shelf, three single wall hooks and
a double ceiling hook.
