Nagarkot is a village located 32 km east of Kathmandu,
Nepal in Bhaktapur District. At an elevation of 2,195 meters,
it is considered one of the most scenic spots in Bhatapur. It
is renowned for its sunrise view of the Himalaya including

ACCOMMODATION
All villas have floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows blurring the distinction between the indoors and outdoors. A cozy space where
the patio becomes a natural extension of the living area, as a Nepalese woolen rug hugs the center floor with carefully designed
wavelike ceilings, giving each villa a cave-like feel. The sculptural fireplace made by local artisans and hand crafted copper lights
define a unique décor with picture-perfect views if the majestic mountains.
All villas open on to floating verandas, perfect for yoga, or simply laying back to absorb the splendor of the Himalayas. We continue
the breathtaking experience to the bathroom by combining expansive windows and wall-to-wall mirrors, giving you the Mountain
View from every corner.
FOREST VILLAS
Tucked in the forest and with 205sqm, the Forest Villas are the most premium villas
offered at The Leaf. Cascading steps of a naturally landscaped front yard connects
the driveway to the wooden floor villa. Expansive patio necklaces the living space,
while the hanging verandas adorn the luxurious bedrooms placed on the upper levels.
The bedrooms are fitted with an ultra King size bed, while the living room can double
up as a bedroom with the large daybed ideal for a child. The bedrooms open into a
luscious garden with private cabanas, while the bathroom and bathtub gives
panoramic views of the Himalayas.
Some Forest Villas have a private cabana that come with a fireplace or spa. Some
Villas also have a large rooftop living space, designed to maintain ultimate privacy and
enhance intimate mountain living.
SKY VILLAS
Elevated on the slopes, with 220sqm, the Sky Villas opens to soaring ceilings and
stunning views. An extending veranda from the interior space and vast extended
windows creates the sense of being suspended in the sky. Two levels below are the
grand bedrooms fitted with elaborate vanity rooms and amenities, each facing the
valley and the statuesque Himalayas.
The bedroom is fitted with an ultra King size bed, while the living room can double as
a bedroom with a large daybed ideal for a child. The lower bedroom opens to a thick
garden with individual cabanas.
Some Sky Villas have a private cabana that comes with a fireplace or spa.
TERRACE VILLAS
A boutique version of the Sky Villa, the Terrace Villas are 145sqm exclusive one-bedrooms, with an astounding living room space. The ground level bedroom adorns an
ultra King size bed, while the daybeds in the spacious living room double up as a
second bedroom. The bedroom opens to the gardens and a private cabana or spa,
making it an ideal place for finding intimate moments and romance.
Some Terrace Villas have a private cabana with fireplace or spa.
DUPLEX VILLAS
These spacious 73sqm, one-bedroom Villas stack on top of one another and can also
double as two-bedroom villas. With all the luxurious that the other Villas feature, they
