Gangnam-gu Medical Tour Operating
Medical Dispute Counseling Center
On September 9th (Wed), Gangnam Medical Tour Center, along with
the Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency, hosted the
2nd medical dispute counseling center. 4 organizations in collaboration with Gangnam-gu in medical tourism as well as 2 individuals
who offer professional counseling on medical disputes participated
in the event. It is hoped that this counseling session provided
much-needed help to resolve many medical disputes in a smooth
and expedient manner. Gangnam-gu plans to continue hosting
events that can help cultivate a reliable environment for medical
tourism.

2015 Busan International
Medical Tourism Convention
Gangnam-gu and 6 of its cooperating medical institutions hosted a
promotional exhibit at the 2015 Busan International Medical Tourism
Convention for three days, from August 28th (Fri) to 30th (Sun). It was
a great opportunity to not only advertise Gangnam-gu’s outstanding
medical infrastructure but also establish a global network and
contribute to the vitalization of medical tourism.

Recruiting participants of 『Family Tour』 for Russian-speaking patients
Gangnam-gu is planning a Family Tour for Russian-speaking patients, who have been staying
long-term in the region for medical procedures and treatments, to take home fond memories of
famous places in Gangnam and Seoul. We ask for many interested hospitals and clinics to participate in this tour.
