Positive and negative mitres can be cut with the
PANHANS V 91 models without changing the workpiece position. The workpiece does not need to be
turned. This saves time and effort.
The exposed side of the workpiece remains on top,
no matter the saw blade‘s inclination.
This way, tear-out-free work is ensured in any case.

Functional safety as a standard
Calibration unit
For automatic calibration of the cutting height to
50 mm at different saw blade diameters.
The precise saw protrusion, the precise cutting
height are thus warranted at subsequently
sharpened saw blades as well.
Scoring with electronic parking
system
The scoring saw blade thus cannot become dirty in the parking position.
Installation of main saw blades with a
diameter in excess of 350 mm is possible
easily and quickly without removal of the
scoring blades.
Maintenance-free double-rolling cart
principle
Two joining thick-walled aluminium profiles mark
the PANHANS double roller cart. Precisely worked
and tension-free screwed, hardened and ground
steel guides work without oil film and warrant the
utmost smoothness and precision.
Double swivel segment bearing
The drive unit is not connected to the worktable.
This PANHANS-specific top bearing on both sides
prevents transfer of oscillations and vibrations to
the work area.

The drive unit is not connected to the worktable.
This PANHANS-specific bearing prevents the transmission of oscillations
and vibrations to the working area.

Touchscreen 5.7“
The operating element at the machine body of the V 91 basic sliding
saw is programmable easily and well-structured.
Width stop
The cutting width is set manually with the stable stop via fine setting
and clamping.
The set stop position is digitally indicated well-structured in the rotating housing, including switching function for size offset of the stop
profile high/flat.
Stop can be folded under the table. The absolute measuring system
provides the correct size when swivelling up the stop.
No calibration required.
Cross-carriage with length stop
Stable cross-carriage with carrying roller and quick-lock receptacles
Self-latching tool-less plug-in system for the length stop with moving
folding and end stop.

of danger.
Injury or damage to the machine and workpiece are excluded.

- take place automatically.

APA Saw blade quick-tensioning system
The change of saw blade is very simple and very fast. One tool is

Protective hood
The PANHANS protective hood with integrated dust extraction effectively protects the operator from injury.
With replaceable insert, narrow for 90°, wide for 45°.
The optional protective cover can be turned and renders hood change
unnecessary.
Large cutting height
The cutting height of the sliding circular saw 690-B easy4mat in the
standard design is up to 145 mm depending on the saw blade used.
A cutting height expansion to 170 or 195 mm, at a maximum saw blade
diameter of 500 or 550 mm, is possible as an option.
Selectable speed
A belt change at the drive unit permits quick adjustment of the desired
speed.
Switching takes place comfortably and easily accessible with a quickclamping lever.
Robust width stop
and clamp.
The moving scale ensures precise setting of the workpiece width.
The step can be swivelled under the worktable if required.
On request, the width stop can be equipped with an electromotorpowered adjustment.

Additional equipment from the HOKUBEMA SI-TEC programme
For safe separating, trimming, sawing according to scoring line and
upright grooving of solid wood and boards.
Solid wood can be safety held with the 3 clamping tips each.
The opposite rubber edges can also fasten workpieces up to approx. 10
mm width safely and without damage.
Simple clamping in the T-groove of the roller cart by adjustable guide
elements with a groove width of 19-23 mm.
