You will be provided with an exhibitors’ version of the expo logo, which can be used on
your website, emails and promotional materials to promote your participation in the
Expo! You can also order postcard-sized fliers to mail or have your sales reps distribute.
To help avoid long waits at the dock, move-in times will be staggered and exhibitors
will receive an assigned time range for move-in depending upon their booth configuration and location on the show floor. Move-in times will be assigned during approximately 1:00-6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15, and 7:00-9:30 a.m. on Wednesday,
September 16. Booths in the 600 aisle will be required to be fully set with nothing in
the aisles by 8:30 a.m. on the show day to accommodate traffic to the education hall
prior to the show floow opening.
Move-Out
All exhibitors must have their displays and removed from RiverCentre by 10:00 p.m.
on Wednesday, September 16.
Sampling
Our attendees love to sample products! Companies who wish to offer food or beverage samples must provide notification of their intent to Hospitality Minnesota upon
registering but do not need to purchase their own special event permit from the Health
Department.
Exhibitor Booth Bingo
Give attendees even more reason to stop by your booth! Attendees have the opportunity to
have a Bingo card stamped by at a designated number of booths and enter their card in a drawing for $500. Your cost is $100 and gives you your logo on the Bingo card and your company
highlighted in the printed program and mobile app. (Maximum of 16 participating exhibitors.)
Includes two exhibit booth spaces on the show floor, recognition in attendee
marketing materials, expo webpage, the printed program and mobile app as
well as signage during the event. Sponsorship also includes a lunch notification message on the mobile app and a loudspeaker announcement with
