Companies who wish to offer food or beverage samples must provide notification of their intent to Hospitality Minnesota upon registering but do not need to purchase their own special event permit from the Health Department. Attendees have the opportunity to have a Bingo card stamped by at a designated number of booths and enter their card in a drawing for $500.
