Stevinson Automotive Confidence in Compliant Operations For a number of years Stevinson Automotive operating 6 dealerships with 543 employees in Colorado, had been concerned with how to effectively manage the increasing number of regulatory and operational requirements in their dealerships. In the past, their paper-based processes were cumbersome and prone to error, resulting in incomplete files and costly efforts to both maintain By the Numbers and retrieve information from company records and files. Kevin Starbuck, the Human Resources Director at Stevinson Automotive, sensed there had to be a better way to manage these business processes and workforce activities. He believed that technology could enable these needs.
