decongestant and maintenance phases of therapy.
Compression therapy is defined by the decongestion and
maintenance phase. Using Juxta-Fit™ products and mediven®
garments, medi offer treatment solutions for both phases.
The inelastic range of CircAid® products from medi are the
cost-effective alternative to short stretch and multi-layer
bandage systems.
Juxta-Fit™ products guarantee a constant compression level, a
fast and easy donning and doffing system during the ambulant
decongestion phase. The ability to instantly readjust the
Juxta-Fit™ system helps to consistently apply compression to
a reducing limb volume. This is not possible with bandaging
without completely removing the layers.
To complete the treatment concept mediven® garments are
used in the subsequent maintenance phase. Our wide
product range comprising different standard and trend
colours as well as varied styles, fits to all patient needs for
well-being, effective therapy and therefore an increased
patient compliance.

Built-In Pressure
System™ (BPS™) –
Patented Technology *
Juxta-Fit™ inelastic compression garments are
engineered with the ability to be set to precise
compression levels with a graduated compression
profile from the ankle up the leg or from the wrist
to the upper arm.
The user-friendly design of the Built-In Pressure System™
(BPS™) enables patients to achieve the necessary
compression levels needed for the treatment and
management of chronic venous disease and lymphoedema
during the ambulant decongestion phase.
With the BPS™ patients are able to set their prescribed
compression level while donning their garment and to
readjust the compression level during the day as needed.
Therefore, the appropriate compression level is ensured
throughout the period of wear. Simultaneously, it is very
simple to verify the correct level of applied pressure.
