designed in the 18th & 19th centuries in the style of LoiusXV &
Louis XVI.
The finishes represent the fashions of those times & are painstakingly done by hand to simulate
those original painted & gilded
finishes.
These finishes are furthure enhanced by antiqueing methods
to give the appearance of being
originally done during past centuries.
This style of furniture is very
popular with decorators & individuals the world over & is asthetically beautiful but at the same

Chateau Range
The Chateau Range is a white painted finish, lightly antiqued to simulate the typical “French White” antique finish that is so popular with decorators & collectors alike.
It is a base white coat with a light beige/brown antiquing glaze which imparts an appearance to simulate
years of ageing. Because it mainly sits in the low lying areas of mouldings & carvings, it gives the piece
more dimensional depth & a mellow character.

Moulin Noir Range
The Moulin Noir Range is a black nish that is designed to simulate the original
“ebony wood” finish so popular in Frace during the Empire period. It is further
aged with a slight grey patina in the low lying carved areas to give the piece the
impression of age.
