Cancellation and Performance Policies
More than 60 days:
- Less than 10 rooms without charge
- Groups of 10 rooms. a maximum reduction of 50% without charge is allowed and the other has a 10% fee.
- Between 31 and 60 days before:
Bookings of less than 4 rooms can be canceled without charge all.
Booking of 4 or more rooms. 25% may be canceled without charge. The rest has a charge of one night.
- Between 15 and 30 days:
Cancellation of rooms: 50% of costs and at least the amount of one night per room canceled. For groups of more than 10 rooms
may be canceled 10% of the rooms without charge.
- Between 8 and 14 days:
Cancellation of rooms: charge of one night and 75% charge of the total.
- Total or partial cancellations in the last 7 days: 100% charges.
