mentality, the establishment of a cohesive team environment and the introduction of a structured coaching development plan

Innovation: Prioritizes continuous improvement in order to be better than the opposition, staying up to date with the latest innovations in tactical
play, coaching and sports science in not only soccer, but across other sports. Able to implement cutting edge techniques within the regular
practice schedule and ensure they are followed by the team through constant training and by fully understanding the capabilities of each player.
Coaching: Ensures players train at a high intensity and at their full capacity in order to be mentally, physically and tactically prepared for the
