How good and pleasant it was
to see community in its fullness
last Saturday at the fete. Being
my first Mueller College fete I was
overwhelmed by the sense of both
pride and love, that those that came
had for this wide-reaching school

It was a showcase of the life-giving
culture that is Mueller College.
As a College that seeks to show
God’s love in all that it does, the
responsibility on us as a staff, is one
we take seriously. Modern and future
schooling experts are realizing
the importance of strong healthy
connections being paramount
in providing a positive learning
environment. When students feel
connected to and cared for by their
teachers, they are more open and
ready to learn. The same is said for
when classrooms and classmates

Even through correction or
confrontation, love needs to be the
driver of all conversations and this
is not always easy to do. Yet if it is
our collective goal however, over
time this may just become a greater
normal. Then all events like our
amazing fete may become an even
stronger beacon and be even more
appealing to those in our community.
For as a Christian College, this would
enhance our ability to be a more
powerful expression of God’s love.
