CHILDREN
Children 12 and under stay free in their parents' room (including
breakfast). Dinner for children is on an à la carte basis. For children
aged four and over, who are sharing the room with just one parent,
the double occupancy rate applies.
For children aged 13 and over, the cost of an extra bed is CHF 170.per person and night, including breakfast.
Extra beds are available on request for the double room category
morning sun and upwards.
Dino Club
Kids are kept entertained at the Dino Club, which is set in its own area
of the hotel's grounds, with a palm-fringed beach and football pitch.
It offers childcare and a programme of fun activities for 3 to 13 year olds.
PETS
Pet supplement: CHF 40.- per pet and per night (excluding food).
Pets are not permitted in the restaurants and on the sunbathing lawn.

With its own private fleet of aircraft, FLY GIARDINO whisks guests
from all over Europe to Lugano-Agno airport in Ticino. This service can
be arranged directly during the hotel booking process. The reservations

CANCELLATION POLICY
GIARDINO GUARANTEE
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 10 days prior to
the date of stay. In the event of later cancellations, up to 3 nights
of the booked stay will be charged. The same rule applies to nights
not taken due to late arrival or early departure.

Our partner Mondial Assistance offers a travel cancellation insurance

GIARDINO BICYCLES
A wide range of different bicycles is available – from city bikes for a
gentle pedal into the surrounding valleys or around the square in
Ascona, to mountain bikes for a more challenging ride in the Ticino
mountains. Child bike seats, bicycles and trailers are also available.
Bicycle helmets for adults and children are provided at reception.
STAND-UP PADDLES
Stand-up paddle boards are a fine way to see Lake Maggiore in an
active yet relaxed manner. They are available from reception on request.
GOLF
Set in manicured parkland and affording striking lake and mountain
views, the 18-hole Golf Club Patriziale Ascona ranks as one of Europe's
most beautiful golf courses. GIARDINO golfers can take advantage of
the fact that the hotel is so close to Golf Club Patriziale Ascona,
