What is it and what does it do?
•
A CFMi Support Agreement, also known as a General Terms
Agreement or “GTA”, is free of charge for owners & operators of CFMi
powered aircraft. It entitles owners & operators to CFMi technical
support from our Aviation Operations Center (AOC), which is open 24
hours/day and 7 days/week, as well as our engineering team.
•
GTA applicants may also receive entitlement(s) to the following based
on the type of operator they are (Airline/Bizjet/Lessor):
• Training
• Technical publications
• Diagnostics
• Search & purchase spare parts
• Quote & purchase tooling
•
A CFMi Purchase License Agreement, also known as a “PLA”, is for 3rd
party maintenance providers. There is a charge associated with a
PLA and it entitles maintenance providers to receive tech pubs, spare
parts, and tooling. Engineering support is not included in a PLA, only
engine manual clarification is provided.

7. Submit as much legal and physical address information as possible. When
submitting email addresses, please use a corporate email address. Use of public
email domains such as Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo! may slow down application
process or be rejected.

8. Please provide the names of any other employees at the applicant’s company who
may require CFMi support (e.g. Diagnostics specialists, Directors, Technicians etc.)
9. Select the type of business that
best describes the applicant’s

The Aviation Operations Center is open 24 hours x 7 days for any questions
you might have.
Within 1-5 business days the applicant will receive an email which provides
you with a unique case number in the format 7-1-XXXXXXXXXX for tracking
purposes, as well as a commitment date for when you can expect further
communication.
