Dear Bruton’s Suite Guest,
We are excited to welcome you to Thunder Valley for what is sure to be a memorable weekend
when the NHRA tour makes their annual stop in the mountains of East Tennessee. Whether you
are here for the first time or are a Thunder Valley Veteran our team understands that you are
looking for the experience of a lifetime and we are preparing to make that a reality.
We are still finalizing details on the weekend so we encourage you to check for updates on our
website at www.bristoldragway.com and look for Bruton’s Suite under the Marketing tab.
We hope you find all the included information helpful, but feel free to reach out to us with any
additional questions regarding the 2015 Thunder Valley Nationals Weekend.
SUITE OPENING TIMES
Friday, June 19 – 9 a.m.
Saturday, June 20 – 7:30 a.m.
Sunday, June 21 – 8:30 a.m.
The suite is open each day until the conclusion of track activity.
PARKING & SHUTTLE SERVICE
A parking pass is included with your Bruton’s Suite weekend tickets. Please use the North
Entrance of the Speedway to enter (see attached map). Follow the Parking Attendants to the G
Suite Parking Area.
From the parking lot you can either walk to the suite or grab a golf cart shuttle to the Suite
Elevator Tower. Please be aware that a short wait may be necessary due to the number of guests
arriving and leaving.
ACCESSING BRUTON’S SUITE
Each day, you will need to visit the Suite Registration desk inside the Suite Elevator Tower. Upon
presenting your ticket you will receive an armband valid for the entire day. Please proceed up the
elevator to Suite Level and then to the Bruton’s Suite Entrance. We ask that you check-in with us
each day at the registration desk immediately inside the door so our staff can keep you informed
about the schedule, appearances, gifts, etc.
BRUTON’S SUITE GIFT
We will have a gift for all weekend ticket holders at the registration desk on Sunday morning.
Please present the gift voucher (that accompanies your ticket mailing) to redeem.
RENEW FOR 2016!
While you’re here…Renew your Bruton’s Suite Package for the 2016 Thunder Valley Nationals
and receive a $45 discount and tower roof top passes for any day of your choosing during the
2015 event weekend. A 10-month payment plan will be available to those who renew early. Please
see the registration desk during any time throughout the weekend for information.
DRIVER APPEARANCES
We are still working to finalize details for NHRA driver appearances. Please check our website for

CAN I BRING MY COOLER TO THE SUITE?
Food and beverages for the Bruton’s Suite is provided by Levy Restaurants. No
coolers, food, or beverages may be brought to Suite Level.
There is a cash bar in the Bruton’s Suite that serves beer. Last call will be when final
pair runs. Please remember to bring your ID if you plan on purchasing alcohol.
WHERE ARE MY SEATS?
Seats in Bruton’s Suite are not reserved. This gives guests the opportunity to sit both
in- and outdoors. Guests with special needs may request to reserve a seat(s).
CAN I SMOKE IN THE SUITE?
Smoking is not permitted in the suite or in the outdoor seating area of the suite.
Guests may smoke anywhere on concourse level. We ask that you please use
common courtesy and smoke away from any suite doors. This includes E-Cigarettes.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE BRUTON’S SUITE?
We want you to be comfortable and enjoy yourself. Please use your best personal
judgment when dressing for an event. Swimsuits are not allowed. Shirts and shoes
must be worn at all times.
CAN I ACCESS THE PIT AREA?
Yes! Each ticket holder at Bristol Dragway has access to the pit area. The most
convenient way to access pitside from Bruton’s Suite is under the grandstands and
through the tunnel
