Enclosed, you will find valuable information you will need to ensure that your race weekend with us is a success. Sincerely, Kim Branson Manager, Marketing & Suite Operations 423-989-6938 (office), 423-963-4658 (cell) 423-968-3040 (fax) [email protected] Suite Opening Schedule Friday, June 15 – 9 a.m. Saturday, June 16 – 7:30 a.m. Sunday, June 17 – 8:30 a.m. Suite Move-In Procedures Suite Move In will be held: Monday, June 11 – Thursday, June 14 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. When you first arrive on Bristol Dragway property, please go to the 1st floor of the administrative offices (located in the Bruton Smith office building on top of hill). Tell the receptionist you are a suite holder and that you need to access your suite. The receptionist will call someone on suite level to assist you. Please remember that liquor and large items may not be brought up to suite level on event days. Suite Parking Each suite will receive the following parking: Suite Size 12 person 16 person 24 person 34 person 43 person 48 person Number of Parking Passes 3 4 4 8 8 8 Parking permits are not valid if used in Tour Buses or Limousines. Please remember that selling or scalping your parking passes is strictly prohibited. If you are not planning to utilize your parking passes, please return them to Bristol Dragway. Shuttle service will run from the Grandstand Suite parking area to the Grandstand suite tower for all grandstand suite guests. Other Pertinent Information Suite Access A suite ticket holder may enter through any gate at Bristol Dragway. After gaining admittance, suite guests should proceed to the Suite Registration booth nearest their suite. Suite Registration will stub the suite ticket and issue a suite wristband. A suite wristband must be worn at all times and must be accompanied by a suite ticket. An adult must accompany minors at all times on suite level. Everyone, including infants and children, must have a suite ticket to access suite level. Cabinet & Padlock Keys Please make sure you have the cabinet keys for your suite cabinet before race weekend. If you have lost your keys, please contact your account representative and we will have one made for you. There will be a $15 replacement fee for lost keys. Suite holders are responsible for locking their own cabinets and securing items at the conclusion of each event day. Other Pertinent Information Suite Dress Code No tank tops, halter-tops, swimsuits or athletic shorts are allowed. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. This policy will be enforced by suite security. Food and Beverage Tower suites must order their food and beverages through Levy Restaurants. Suite menus will be mailed to you. Food and beverages are included in the cost of the grandstand suites so no ordering is necessary unless you wish to order additional food and/or beverages to be delivered directly to your suite. All grandstand suites will have an A La Carte menu sent to them for this purpose. No coolers, outside food or beverages may be brought to Suite Level. Will Call Suite holders distribute tickets and/or parking passes to their guests. Please contact your account representative if you need special assistance with Will Call. Guests picking up tickets at Will Call must show photo identification and sign for the credentials. Note: Bristol Dragway cannot accept responsibility/liability for lost or stolen tickets held on BD property.
