BERLIN’S WHITE CHRISTMAS this holiday season.
Dallas Summer Musicals’ 74th season continues with direct from Broadway Tony® nominated
hits GHOST, EVITA, NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT, and the Broadway classic MAMMA MIA!. We’re
thrilled this season to premiere Disney’s THE LITTLE MERMAID, straight from London’s West End,
WE WILL ROCK YOU and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s new production of THE WIZARD OF OZ.
This November, in collaboration with the Dallas Pops, DSM is sponsoring LORD OF THE RINGS in
concert with a full 60+ piece orchestra and presenting RAIN a Tribute to the Beatles.

discount?
This season it just takes 10 or more people!
How do I order tickets for my group?
You may submit your order online on our website or use the order
form in the back of the brochure. Fax to (214) 691-7386 or
mail it to:

Or you may call a Group Sales Associate and order by phone at
(214) 426-GROUP. We will return your call within 24 business
hours. (Please note, we are not open on weekends.)
Do we all have to go to the same performance?
Yes, you must go to the same performance, unless you qualify to
be a Supergroup*.
Do we all have to sit in the same price level?
No. One of the great advantages of Group Sales is
you may sit in different price levels and still receive
your discount.
What is the availability for the performances?
It is on a show by show basis. Groups ordering prior to the
public on sale date will be seated before the public has access
to tickets.
Can we all order and pay separately?
No. We will need a group leader to give us a final number of tickets
and handle the payments.
When will I have to pay?
Orders placed more than three weeks prior to the performance
must be accompanied by a minimum 50% deposit. A $10 nonrefundable handling fee is added to all orders. Orders placed
LESS than three weeks prior to the performance must be
accompanied by full payment. Tickets cannot be printed until full
payment is received.
When is the latest I can pay full payment?
Final payment is due three weeks prior to the performance. If
final payment is not received by the deadline, your order may be
canceled without notice.
How can I pay?
Payment must be made by one credit card or one check payable
to Dallas Summer Musicals. You may also pay in cash at our
Preston Royal Box Office only. DSM does not accept school
purchase orders. An additional handling charge will be added for
each additional payment.
What if I need to cancel tickets?
You may cancel all or part of your order within two weeks of
originally ordering the tickets without penalty. You may cancel
up to half of your order up to three weeks prior to the show
with a $2.00 per ticket cancellation fee. If your group number
drops below the minimum, the result will be higher ticket prices.
Less than three weeks before the show, there are absolutely NO
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.
What if I need to add to my order?
You may add to your order up to 72 hours prior to the
performance.
How will I get my tickets?
Before tickets are printed, we must receive your signed
contract and the tickets must be paid in full. Your tickets will
be sent by mail two to three weeks before the performance. If
time does not permit mailing the tickets, they will be held at the
Will Call Window at the Music Hall at Fair Park and they must be
picked up for the entire group by a designated group leader.
Can you accommodate guests with special needs?
Yes, we are able to accommodate guests with limited mobility
or who need wheelchair seating. (Please let us know about special seating
needs in advance).
If tickets are lost, can they be reprinted?
Yes, tickets can be reprinted but must be picked up at the Will
Call Window at the Music Hall at Fair Park on the day of the
performance.

CHRISTMAS STORY follows nine-year-old Ralphie
Parker, a daydreamer from Indiana who spends his
days counting down to the most exciting day in any
kid’s life: Christmas. All he wants is an official Red
Ryder Carbine-Action 200-shot Range Model Air
Rifle, but as his parents and teachers warn him, “You’ll
shoot your eye out!” A CHRISTMAS STORY chart’s
Ralphie’s desperate quest to ensure that his perfect gift ends up under
the tree on Christmas morning.
