Our classic, yet refined space has an open ambiance with original woodwork and abundance of windows. Our 2,500 square-foot space includes a full bar with six rotating tap lines, an 18'×18' bamboo dance floor, digital video projector and screen, audiovisual and sound system (iPod-ready), microphone, podium, and private restrooms. Our space accommodates up to 150 people for any social event. The room also seats 120 guests for a plated dinner and 106 for a buffet-style dinner. All entertainment and guests must have their belongings and vacate the building by 2am. cancellation policy The deposit to hold any date is non-refundable. Deposit & Payment Terms The room rental charge will serve as your deposit and is non-refundable. We must have a valid credit card number on file, but you may pay your deposit with check or cash if you like. This card will be used for payment if payment is not received in full by the terms stated in this contract. All food must be ordered and paid for in its entirety 7 days prior to your event, and is non-refundable. If you choose to have a hosted bar, the bar tab will be calculated and settled at the conclusion of your event. Food & Beverage Terms Minimums are for food & beverage only and do not include taxes, service charges, room rentals or any other non-food and beverage charged items. Menu prices are subject to change up to 75 days prior to your event. Stanley’s must provide all food and beverages. You may bring in dessert but it must be provided by a licensed baker or store bought. We are not responsible for any food quality issues when the serving time is later than the original agreed upon time. State health department states that no left over food may be taken off premise. Music & Entertainment You may have a band or DJ for entertainment. We reserve the right to control the volume of any band, DJ, performer or production. All equipment must be removed from the premises no later than 2am.
