Terms / Initial Order
All orders are subject to net 30-day terms.
Delivery / Shipping
All Roma Elite products (corner samples, length and join) will be shipped from Roma Headquarters at no charge.
That means FREE FREIGHT on everything Elite regardless of size.
Roma Elite orders cannot be combined with any other Roma orders. This means that Elite products will not be
combined with any Simply Roma, Roma One, Roma Mirror and Roma Photo Frames. All other product categories
will ship separately utilizing the most current Roma freight program.
Return Policy
Credit will not be issued for cut-length or joined frames where there is evidence that the fitting process was
attempted. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. A Customer Care
Representative must preauthorize all returns.
Credit may be denied for the following reasons:
1.
If there has been any alteration to the original product.
2.
If the product was improperly packaged for return to Roma’s facility.
3.
If Roma does not receive what was specified on the return authorization.
4.
If product was sent back without proper authorization.
5.
If there is any indication of abuse or manipulation of the Roma return policy.
Corner Samples
Roma Elite corner samples will be delivered joined, tagged with a steel plate containing the Roma Elite Logo,
product number and D-Ring hardware ready for display.
