FS150 SCARIFIER PARTS MANUAL
PLEASE NOTE
This scarifier head is only designed to fit onto sanders with a 14 mm and
5/8” output spindle. Always clearly state what is required.
WARRANTY
We warrant that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship.
If such a fault is found within six months from date of purchase from an approved dealer,
the company will replace free of charge all failed components.
Any failed unit must be returned carriage paid to the factory for inspection.
The warranty does not cover failure attributable to wear and tear, accidental damage, site or
operator misuse or lack of maintenance.
We will not accept units under warranty that third parties have attempted to repair
or disassembled

FS150 SCARIFIER PARTS MANUAL
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1 Read all instructions before using the tool. All operators must be fully trained in its use and
aware of these safety rules
2 Use personal safety equipment.
3 Always wear safety goggles
4 If the tool appears to malfunction remove from use immediately and arrange for service and
repair
5 Do not use the tool without the safety guard securely in position. Check Daily
6 Always keep hands away from the working attachment fitted to the tool.
7 Always check condition of cutters and flail shafts before use. Check Daily
8 Always when using the tool adopt a firm footing and/or position and grip the tool firmly to be
able to counteract any forces that may be generated whilst using the tool
9 Use only the correct spare parts. Do not improvise or make temporary repairs.
10 Do not lock, tape, wire etc the on/off trigger in the run position. The trigger/lever must
always be free to return to the off position when it is released.
11 Take care against entanglement of moving parts of the tools with clothing, ties, hair, cleaning
rags etc. This will cause the body to be drawn towards the tool and will be dangerous.
12 It is expected that the users will adopt safe working practices and observe all relevant legal
requirements when installing , using or maintaining the tools.
13 17 Take care that the tool exhaust air does not cause a problem or blows on another person.
14 Never lay a tool down unless the working attachment has stopped moving.
15 Always check the speed the condition of cables before use. Check Daily
16 Check always that the material worked on may not cause a fire or is hazardous
17 Always use a suitable vacuum cleaner or dust extraction unit.
