The Format.zip is Sime’s latest compact wall hung gas
boiler for hydronic heating and Domestic Hot Water
(D.H.W.) applications.
It is ideal for those who are looking for a boiler that
does not only have an exceptional performance level,
is aesthetically pleasing, but also comes in a very
compact package.
The boilers compact design allows it to easily fit into
some of the narrowest spaces in your home with
minimal maintenance required.
The high technical specifications, the elegant design
and the flexibility, make Sime the best choice for
today’s modern installations.
Format.zip 35 BF complies with ANSI Z21.13 and CSA
4.9 Gas-Fired Low Pressure Steam and Hot Water Boiler
Standard.
Highly concentrated performance
Format.zip is a high performance boiler.
It comes equipped with an automatic pilot light
ionisation ignition, electronic circuit board to
continuously vary the heating and production of hot
water, and anti-freeze system which activates at 6°C
(43F) via an NTC sensor.
The sealed chamber model 35 has a stainless
steel plate heat exchanger for the production of
domestic hot water. The innovative hydraulic unit
has an excellent new AQUAGUARD Filter System.
AQUAGUARD is a device which
acts
by stopping the impurities
within the heating circuit thus
ensuring a longer life of the
secondary heat exchanger.
Compact and contempory design
The compact dimensions of the Format.zip 35 BF can
easily fit into a kitchen cupboard and be serviced even
in the most restrictive of spaces. Thanks to its wide
range of modulation, Format.zip 35 BF can meet or
exceed the needs of even the highest demand. The
Format.zip 35 BF, with a production of around 15 liters/
minute (4 GPM) offers a waterfall of instantaneous hot
water. This is the ideal solution for those who require
multiple uses of hot water at the same time without
using a lot of space.
So small, so easy
The Format.zip 35 BF is designed with the user in
mind. The easy to use control panel combines design
and functionality in one. The elegant, tasteful lines of
the unit make it easy to incorporate it into any room
decor. The unit’s controls are simple and intuitive. The
diagnostic system, highlighted with LED’s show the
different operations of the appliance as well as any
problems that may occur. The panel is easily removable,
by means of three visible screws. This allows the service
technician to access vital components of the unit with
out removing the complete boiler casing. Service made
easy.
