Kudos to the Fall Festival Volunteers!!
We want to give a HUGE “shout-out” to all
the awesome volunteers who helped make
the Fall Festival a great success. The week
of precarious weather turned into a
beautiful fall day, the perfect setting for our
outdoor event. We wanted to give special
thanks to Sean Davila and Mike Hellyar of G
& C Event Productions for arriving at 8:00am
and then again at 4:00pm to unload and load
the carnival games. The games were a huge
hit and kept our kids entertained for most of
the day. We would also like to thank Marcel
Melanson and the Compton Fire Department
for donating all the hot dogs and buns.
Thank you to all the parents, teachers,
Tartar Ladies, Tartar Knights, Madrona
Middle School kids, Paulina’s Catering and
Dive and Surf for volunteering their time and
services for the festival. It was wonderful to
see so many eager people volunteering their
Saturday for this worthy event.
