scape, breathing in the pure, crisp winter air as you dive into a new
adventure together with old and new acquaintances. Each path is
beautiful in its own way, but all of them are at their most beautiful
when the sun shines on the glistening snow, and the world looks like a
big sea of crystals.
Bear in mind that hiking at a high altitude has proven positive effects on fitness and health – in winter,
too! Five times a week, I will be delighted to accompany you on various winter- and snowshoe hikes,
sometimes followed by a toboggan descent.
My tip: Wrap up warmly! Ankle-high, waterproof shoes with good outsole, a rucksack with provisions
(thermos flask with warm tea, fruit, some snacks), a warm jacket and hiking poles are essential pieces of
equipment for every tour. "
