Conditions Relating to Trinatours Services
AIR TRAVEL
All holiday packages in this brochure are only available in conjuntion with Airlines mentioned in this brochure. Alterations can only
be made prior to the issuing of Air Tickets. Once a package is issued, any alterations are subject to a charge made by the Airline
concerned.
INSURANCE
Travel agents are strongly recommended to arrange a suitable insurance coverage for their clients.
CHANGE OF
HOTELS
Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, ( Mainly Fairs and Peak Holiday Season ) hotel/hotels pre-booked , may
be changed to a similar hotel of the same category at any time. No compensation will be given for any reason.
PRICES
All prices quoted are based on tariffs and exchange rates current at the time of printing. Rates are subject to
change without prior notice upon increase in tariffs, Fairs, Currency Exchange Fluctuations, or rise in aviation fuel.
ALTERATIONS
Once travel has commenced, no alterations to Land, Air, or Sea arrangements can be effected
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation fees will be charged according to the deadline shown hereunder or at time of booking
A) Britain
48 Hours prior to check-in will be charged 2 night’s stay.
B) Europe
48 Hours prior to check-in will be charged 1 night stay.
Czech Republic, Holland & Tunis 7 Days
C) Disneyland
A. 15 Day or more prior to arrival date €25 Per Room booked
B. 16 To 6 Days ( Inclusive) prior to arrival date 30% of Package.
C. 5 To 1 day ( Inclusive ) prior to arrival date 55% of package
D. Cancellation on date of arrival or no show 100% of Package.
D) Sicily
4 Days prior to check-in will be charged 1 night stay.
E) Intercontinental 14 Days prior to check-in will be charged 3 nights stay.
F) Car Hire
48 Hours prior to check-in will be charged 1 days charge.
( Cancellation Deadlines may be Changed, If Foreign Tour Operators or Hotels impose on us
Different Deadlines from the Above. If They Differ they will be advised on confirmation of Booking)
REFUNDS
No refunds will be made for services booked and not utilized. If Air, Land, Sea services are interrupted by the clients
after commencement of travel. Whatever the reason might be, No refund will be effected.
If clients make more than one booking for the same hotel, hotel has every right to cancel ALL bookings without
informing us the Tour Operator.
BAGGAGE
Free baggage allowance is 20 Kilos on all Airlines. Car Rental/Coach Tours, clients should be advised to take one
piece of luggage per person and small hand baggage.
FAIRS
Clients must be advised that during this period, it is suggested that all reservations are made directly with the hotel.
As all hotels will quote rack or slightly higher. Reservations effected through Foreign Tour Operators will be more
expensive, due to the pre-purchase/pre-payment
VISA
RESPONSIBILITY
It is the Travel Agent’s responsibility to ensure that all visa requirements are met.
Trinatours Ltd, has contracted with independent contractors to provide Land, Air and Sea services included in your
package. Trintours Ltd, is not responsible for the negligent acts and/ or omissions of these independent
contractors, their employees, agents, servants or representatives. Furthermore, Trinatours shall not be responsible
for any loss or damage whatsoever, which may result from the neglegent acts and/ or omissions of their employees,
agents or representatives more particularly but without restricting the generality of the forgoing, it shall not be
resposible for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any delays or inconvenience
which may occur during your holiday. Airlines, as international air carriers are subject to international conventions
limiting its liability, the limitations of liability are contained on the reverse side of the ticket and form part of the terms
and conditions therof.
NOT INCLUDED
IN PACKAGE
Airport Services charges, transfers to and from airport unless specified as included, meals not specified as included,
all items of a personal nature such as laudry, beverages, telephone calls, tips etc.
COMPLAINTS:
COMPLAINTS UPON RETURN WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED VALID UNLESS THEY HAVE BEEN
REPORTED TO OUR SPECIFIC HANDLING AGENT WHILE CLIENTS ARE IN THE HOTEL. FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT INVALIDATE THE
POSSIBILITY TO INVESTIGATE AND SOLVE THE MATTER IMMEDIATELY. CONTACT DETAILS OF OUR OVERSEAS HANDLING AGENT
COULD BE FOUND ON THE VOUCHER GIVEN TO THE CLIENT. ANY COMPLAINT MUST BE PRESENTED IN WRITING NOT LATER THAN
SEVEN DAYS FROM THE ARRIVAL.IF CLIENT ACCEPTS ANY FORM OF COMPENSATION WHILST ABROAD, CLIENT IS NOT ENTITLED
TO ANY MORE ON THEIR RETURN.
