Classroom teachers, support teachers, and Instructional
Leadership Team (ILT) monitor student progress on a
continuous basis.
Data is the tool that drives our decisions. We analyze and
focus on a triangulation of data.
Four critical questions associated with professional
learning communities:
1.
2.
3.
4.
What is it we expect our students to learn?
How will we know when our students have learned it?
How will we respond when our students don’t learn
How will we respond when our students already know it?
• Master Schedule- Designed so that support personnel for grades KN-6th are linked to each
grade level during daily targeted instruction.
• Goal- To create small group learning opportunities so individual attention can be given to
every student.
• Stults Road provides job-embedded collaboration.
• All grade levels, support staff, aides, and tutors have a common planning time.
• Professional Learning Communities and Faculty Meetings occur weekly.
 Teachers submit individualized tutoring plan to principal
 Teachers collaborate with support staff
 Teachers monitor to see if additional support is needed
 Teachers keep parents, support staff, & administrators informed of progress
Teachers actively participate in the decision-making process.
