Tolco Corporation has spent the last 51 years developing the most innovative and high quality trigger
sprayers for the industrial and institutional markets. That history makes it is easy to see why Tolco is
synonymous with trigger sprayers, however, Tolco is so much more than just that! Tolco sells over 500
products to the Janitorial, Foodservice, Beauty & Barber, Nail & Spa, and Animal Health markets.
Tolco Corporation was founded by William E. Spengler in March, 1961 with just one product. Mr. Spengler was fond of
saying, “Initially, all orders were shipped “F.O.B. - from our basement.” Much has changed since 1961, but one thing
that hasn’t is that Tolco is still a family owned and operated business. Tolco is a family business and everyone here is

Private Label Imprinting

If you would like to submit artwork, we have a variety of ways to accommodate you.
Below is a list of formats we accept, that aid in producing the quality imprint you are looking for.
Artwork: Submit camera-ready artwork or reproduceable artwork of the proper size, which can be enlarged
or reduced. Definition of camera-ready artwork: black on glossy white background with sharp images. If a film
positive is supplied, there is no charge. Photocopies, business cards, drawings, letterhead, decals, etc. DO NOT
constitute camera-ready artwork. Any necessary typesetting, composition and photographic work is charged at
cost. Our art department can custom design artwork for you.
Acceptable Software: CD's & DVD's. Please make sure all disks are Windows compatible.
Programs used by Tolco: Adobe CS5, Illustrator, and Microsoft Professional Office Suite.
Preferred file types: 300 DPI; Tif, .Jpg, .Gif, .Indd, .Cdr, .Pdf, .Eps.
Type and Fonts: Minimum point size is 7 for all imprints. If artwork is being sent by e-mail or disk please send
fonts being used for the file/s.
Film Positives: Text and images on film positives must be opaque. If imprint is more than one color, each color
should be printed in black, emulsion side up, onto separate film positives. Film positive artwork must be sent to fit
the exact size of the layout. If a resize is needed, artwork charges will apply.
Artwork Charges: $15.00 per quarter hour.
Imprinting Charges: Silkscreen initial set up and/or revision to original screen charge is $35.00 per color. Up to
three color printing available on plastic bottles 4 oz. thru one gallon. All other items, one color imprint only. Shurfill 5 gallon dispensers and 22 oz. bottles require a set-up charge and print charges for each side when both sides
are being printed.
Colors:
Silkscreen: Medium Yellow, Primrose Yellow, Warm Red, Fire Red, Rubine Red, Rhodamine Red, Purple, Violet,
Reflex Blue, Process Blue, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Emerald Green, Dark Green, Brilliant Orange, White, Black.
Hot Stamp: Red, White, Blue, Green, Yellow, Black.
Pad Printing: White, Black, Blue, Red, Green, Yellow, Orange
Color Matches: We can custom match any color using the Pantone matching color system.
UV Inks: All 24 oz. thru 36 oz. bottles are silk screened with UV inks (ultra violet). UV inks produce a sharper,
glossier image and provide superior chemical resistance and ink durability.
Imprint Quantities: All private label bottle imprint runs are subject to a 10% over/under order quantity to
account for scrap allowances.

PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30 days, for approved, open accounts. VISA, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover are accepted. No C.O.D. shipments. Credit card payments may be subject to
a processing fee of up to 3%. All prices F.O.B. plant, Toledo, Ohio. Prices subject to change without
notice.
FREIGHT: Prepaid on shipments of minimum $1000.00 to one location, Applies to continental U.S.,
only.

RETURNS POLICY: All returns must be labeled with a Tolco Return Merchandise Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. All returned merchandise must be prepaid to Tolco's dock. Items returned for warranty, subject to inspection, will be replaced or repaired
at Tolco's option. Tolco will not be responsible for returned merchandise not covered under our
warranty program. Restocking charge of 20% of invoice on returned material. Private labeled products will not be accepted for returns. Tolco will accept returns within one year from date of invoice.
