• CICCARELLI JEWELS simbolic piece : the GERRI'S, always present in every collection. It
resumes by itself the essence of the brand. An intertwined piece that marries the body
with harmony.
• A constant : the pieces are refered and mesured from the Golden number : Φ = 1,618.
Influenced by Erte work full of myths, legends and the surnatural.
The CICCARELLI JEWELS creations , reveal a singular identity, rich of inspirations and
reflextions. They transfigure every women in godesses.
Erté (1892 – 1990)
Sensual and Fluid the jewels fit the curves of the body and give birth to dancing silhouettes
forever changing : A freedom of expression of the body and its natural movements.
The Cicarelli JEWELS creations break conventional codes, pay tribute to cultural and artistic
references.
Graphic design and opulent: the raw materials such as chainmail, rope, stainless mixed
together in harmony to noble and natural materials such as cristal, fur, leather, feathers,
gems...

Valérie Ciccarelli Jewel Designer.
Coming from fisherman descent Valérie Ciccarelli was born on march 8TH 1969 in one of
the oldest neiborhoods of Marseille “Le Panier”.
Valerie is a stage designer, a visual artist with a surprisingly wide path. She is a rebel
and to her the matter is only conceived in relationship to space.
She plays with the skills she acquired through street-theatre, decoration, cinema and
advertisement. She collaborated with high fashion houses such as Gianfranco Ferre in
Paris, Marseille and, abroad for 10 years .
Meanwhile she drew several jewelry lines for Les Petites Bombes and Le temps des
Cerises.
On the side of her artistic activities she launches her own jewelry brand CICCARELLI
JEWELS “Made in marseille” in 2009.
Her jewelry is intended to sublime the body like ornaments that speak with gestures
and plays with the body thoughout the hours and the imagination.
The pieces can become XXL, transform an interior and some pieces can reach more
than 8 meters.

Through her eclectic path the recurent obsessions in her work shows color and noncolor, recycling, diversion of objects, raw materials , she calls it art “Without barriers” for
fashion and design.

GERRI'S , a jewel unlike any other ...
The GERRI’S is CICCARELLI JEWELS signature piece. It is present in each theme and always introduces a new line.
•The GERRI’S is inspired and named after ‘Gerris Lacustris’ a water spider.
It is a light and aerial piece made with a chainmail base spaying out meters of chains like two wings.
•The GERRI’S comes in different materials and colors (golden, silver, tarnished or bronze).
It can be minimalistic or decorated with stainless steel charms, glass tubes, leather, swarovski, semi-precious gems, or diamonds.
With its harnesses look, it leaves the body free like air, fluid like water.
Never a piece of jewelry would bring such freedom of expression like the Gerris.
GERRI’S has an endless transformable options, it metamorphoses many times in a day depending on the moment or the feeling.
It has more than 20 positions, needless to say “infinite”.
In a few seconds, the GERRI’S slides on the body, shifts with a few movements and is timeless ( art deco, rock)
It can be worn day to night casually or dressed-up, and is unisex.
Also, it can be a necklace, a head ornament, a belt, worn like a cardigan, a vest front and back, or like overalls.
Its proportions are in harmony with the body and its different ranges allow multiple compositions. It criss-cross on the body, flatters
the silhouette, accessorize an outfit and a style.

LASS CLASS collection
This collection is inspired by the elegance of the 30’s. The refined hair do’s, the
sequins, glitter, and the grandiose chandeliers dressed with glass tubes
reflecting and playing with the light .
The glass tubes are the main actors of this theme, they play with the verticals
and the horizontals.
Shadow and light, black and white, the glass bridge is held by a stainless steel
lace and together they build one by one a singular architecture piece after
piece.
GLASS CLASS stands out with the sleakness of the glass on the skin with the
melody that the glass tubes create and the forever oscillating light reflections.

MA MA collection
A volcanic theme inspired by natural forces boiling at the heart
of our planet and its oceans. Extroardinary fauna and yet
unknown bioluminescent flora. They evolve and light up the
abysses .
CICARELLI JEWELS imagines fragments of shiny ornements
spaying out of oceanic rocks. Oversized sea anemones
necklaces adorned with multicolored silk threads. Jellyfish
breastplates that are light and luminous.
An eruption of steel charms attached with colorful silk threads
onto a lacy chainmail, the MAGMA collection is born.

Just like the cuttlefish squirting its ink to defend itself the extra
fine black chainmail is sneaking into the SEPIA collection.
A line with a refined and elegant personality. The deep and
shiny black jewellry are going to rest on you like a second skin
either on your hands ,your torso or as a head piece to leave a
trace just like a passage.
SEPIA is like a thin tattooed line that gives birth to the OPIK
collection with warriors cuffs and spine like chains.

LEATHER SKIN collection
A mutlitextural collection : Exotic colorful leathers,
smooth and rough, iridescent and metallic, shiny or matt,
polished or rugh.
Diving into the materials, the artist is phasing into an
experimental state of mind by respecting ny happy
accidents and malformations that are dear to her.
The exotic leathers come from the couture houses and
are reused in order to be transformed by either twisting,
disecting,customizing,rubbing or shredding techniques.
LEATHER SKIN is composed with raw adornements such
as bass-skin and shark skin, python breast plates, semiprecious gems, pearls embellished with steel lace…

LARME D’APACHE collection
The Apache Tears collection gets its name from a kind of
obsidian stone with a translucent deep black color .
This theme is inspired by the Apache legend :The Apache
wives mourning their departed warriors outnumbered by
the US cavalry.
Valérie Ciccarelli, touched by this legendary story pays her
tribute to the disappeared people.
The artist conceives and imagines breastplate adornments,
cuffs, armors with spine chains. Raw materials are used such
as rope, fur, obsidian and genuine bullets from the 2nd world
war symbolizing apache tears of modern times.
A men’s line appears in this collection with “neck-scarves”
made out of dark braided rope ,chainmail and dyed leather.

‘GRAPHIC & ARTWORK’ is a collection of unique pieces
between fashion and art. Seashells and mother of pearl
transformed into a pictural piece and the body become a
canvas.
It is a color game, graffiti's mocking the norms, the
proportions and the support.
This theme is inspired by erotic feminine illustrations from
the 30’s as well as the Graffiti movement of the 70”s.
Valérie Ciccarelli is style brings back to life pin-ups, superheroes, movie stars with an unusual and precious way.
Each piece is unique and is made-to-order.

divert them. She clashes the cultures and colors, diverges and contrasts materials. The paradox of the dimensions and volumes, the superposition's of
the masses vandalizes the laws of proportion.

“What if the Native Americans or Native Amazonians found
a 30’s Parisian chandelier ?”
From this out-of-time question, ALL SIDE FIRE is born.
Diverted from the beaded chandeliers, a mix of leathers,
multicolored glass beads are going to become breastplates
adornments just like fans. Padang's and cuffs, jabots and
XXL earrings.

“Like a breastplate of a trophy after long battles, emotional
and historical ones or even love ones”
HEROES like a scene of a painting of a post-battle. The
synopsis of a peplum: Gladiators rewarded in an imaginary
kingdom where prohibition and accidents rule.
A chainmail braided with silk thread, with oval mother of
pearl as a central pendant: Embellishments with ivory sticks,
pompons garlands, intertwined yarn, customized masks.
Seashell fireworks, stones and trophies, abalone are able to
move and slide freely .
