Service
Plus
Service Plus is Nimlok’s prestigious total
service solution for your national or global
exhibition programme.
The programme is available on a 12 month
contract basis and covers:
• Dedicated Service Plus Co-ordinator to coordinate the logistics of your exhibition
programme and to ensure smooth
communication and great support.
• Maintenance of equipment in first class
condition. Refurbishment and/or replacement
of Nimlok equipment is carried out as
necessary following regular inspections.
Your Service Plus contract provides
maintenance of equipment in first
class condition.
• Stand design and redesign service providing
reconfiguration options to suit different
locations and requirements for all events.
• Storage of equipment at Nimlok House in
Wellingborough.
• Insurance of your exhibition equipment while
at Nimlok’s facility and in transit to and from
event venues.
In addition, the Service Plus contract
incorporates the following charged on per
event basis:
Equipment is stored at Nimlok
House between shows.
• A total package with Nimlok organising all
installation/dismantle of your exhibition
equipment for all events.
• Nimlok will also provide electrics, carpeting
and platforms as required and will be
pleased to provide furniture and all other
ancillary services that you may require during
the course of your exhibition programme.
Nimlok Services can organise all
on-site services as required.

Portable
Display Hire
Nimlok’s portable exhibition hire programme
is ideal for smaller exhibition requirements.
Choose from 32mm pole and panel displays,
hinged folding kits, Compact pop-up
displays or Easylink portable panel system.
Easylink
EASYLINK: Easylink portable panel systems feature
exceptionally easy set-up and design flexibility. Panels are
covered in silver Frontrunner fabric on one side only. Backlit
headers, slotwall panels, magnetic graphic panels, shelving
and loadbearing counters are also available. Refer to pages
20 - 23 for kit examples and accessories.
Panel & Pole Displays
32MM PANEL & POLE DISPLAYS: For off-the-floor displays,
small exhibition stands and shell schemes, 32mm panel and
pole displays are ideal. Panels are covered in light grey/dark
grey polyweave material with light grey frames. Bases, header
panels, shelves and tabletops are also available. See pages
12 - 15 for kit ideas.
Compact
HINGED FOLDING KITS:
Light grey/dark grey polyweave with light grey frames,
shelves and header panels also available.
Lightweight portable folding kits that utilise 360 hinge for
total flexibility. Panels are covered in light grey/dark grey
polyweave with light grey frames. Shelves and header
panels are also available. See page 15 for kit examples
and accessories.
COMPACT: Compact pop-up displays provide the
ultimate in portability and easy set-up. A single 3x3
display complete with frame and panels fits neatly into a
single transport case. Panels are in silver Frontrunner
fabric, or graphic panels are available to purchase.
Displays are available in straight or curved format.

The Hire Agreement
Pricing and Acceptance: Nimlok Ltd prices and product specifications are subject to change
without notice. Complete order information must be received before orders will be accepted for
production scheduling. If shipping date requested is more than 120 days from date of order,
Nimlok Ltd shall have the right to use list prices in effect at the time of shipment. All orders are
subject to acceptance by Nimlok Ltd. Telephone orders are effective upon written
confirmation by Nimlok Ltd. Accepted orders may not be withdrawn or amended.
Terms: For all hire orders we request pro-forma payment.
All prices quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax where applicable. Payment for the goods
shall be made on or before the date fixed in accordance with the terms agreed between the
buyer and seller for the operation of the account between them; in the event that payment shall
not have been made by such date the seller shall be entitled to recover from the Buyer interest
on any outstanding balance at the rate of 3% over Barclays Bank minimum lending rate for the
time being in force for the period from such date until the date of payment.
Delivery: Prices exclude carriage from our offices. We require 10 days notice from date of order.
Claims and Returns: Nimlok Ltd is not responsible for damage or shortages that occur in transit
or storage. Customer must note any damage or shortage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
Claims must by filed by the customer directly with the carrier.
Claims against Nimlok Ltd for errors, defects, and shortages must be in writing and be made
within seven (7) days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted without written consent and
shipping instruction from Nimlok Ltd. Customer’s sole remedy for any breach of this contract is
repair or replacement, at the option of Nimlok Ltd, of nonconforming goods.
All other remedies, including without limitation remedies for consequential or incidental
damages, are excluded.
Damage and Shortages: The customer is responsible for any damage or shortage caused to
equipment whilst on hire. Repair and/or replacement of equipment will be charged to the
customer at current list prices.
Limited Guarantee: Nimlok Ltd guarantees, to the extent and subject to the limitations
described in this paragraph, all Nimlok Ltd equipment hired hereunder to be free from defects
in material and workmanship if properly installed, serviced and operated under normal
conditions according to Nimlok Ltd’s instruction. Nimlok Ltd’s obligation under this guarantee
is limited to correcting or replacing, at its option, any equipment or parts that shall be returned
to Nimlok Ltd, transportation prepaid, within one year after being put into service by the original
user if Nimlok Ltd is satisfied that the equipment was originally defective. This guarantee shall
not apply to any products which must be replaced because of normal wear, which have been
subject to misuse, negligence, or accident, or which have been altered by someone other than
Nimlok Ltd. THIS GUARANTEE IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING GUARANTEES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, and no person, agent or dealer is authorised to give any further
guarantees on behalf of Nimlok Ltd unless such guarantee is in writing and signed by an officer
of Nimlok Ltd.
