Ticket insurance: Ticket insurance costs € 5 per ticket and will cover a full
refund for tickets returned up to 2 hours prior to the performance in the event
of illness, accident or death of the ticket holder or accompanying person.
When returning tickets, please submit evidence of the cancellation cause
along with the original tickets as well as the insurance certificate.
Concessions: Now is the time to win over the next generation of classical
music fans! As part of our commitment to the “Columbus” education project,
we offer a limited number of discounted tickets for young people under the
age of 26 who are in full-time education to attend performances of classical
music. These tickets are available online on www.festspielhaus.de/en/programme-for-children-and-young-people/ at the price of € 10.
Holders of the Baden-Baden Family Pass, jobseekers, pensioners and disabled people (70% and over) are entitled to concession tickets. Please be
prepared to show evidence of entitlement at the door.
