SMART TIPS FOR CREATING A WINNING GAME PLAN
To take full advantage of that
upcoming bridal show, here
are some suggestions.

brochure on a string quartet,
but it may be just what you're
looking for in a few weeks.
Besides, many
brochures may have
photographs that will spark
ideas.
Bring name and
address labels, if
you have them
Most exhibitors at the show
will offer a free drawing of
some sort, and you could find
yourself developing writer's
cramp from filling
out registration cards. Labels
are a great alternative. If
you're having new ones made
it would be helpful to include
your phone number and
wedding date.

You need to focus on the show
and the information, not how
warm or uncomfortable you
feel. If you're attending a
bridal fair with booths, you
don't want to spend long hours

The striking photo on the
cover of our Winter edition is
of Amanda Askew and Geoff
Czaplijski, who were married
on October 8th, 2011, at the
Fort Fisher State Park.
Reception was at The Reel
Café in historic downtown
Wilmington. Entertainment
was by DJ Eric of DJ
Professionals and Video.
The cover photo was
taken by Matt McGraw. For
you photo tekkies, Matt
says “it was back lit with a
remote flash to bring out the
bubbles.” And to bring out
the beautiful blue sky, Matt
underexposed the photo a bit.
The lady in the photo is
Lisa Brown of Bella Rose
Photography and the man
behind the camera is Matt.
They are engaged to each
other but since they both
have their own successful
businesses the chances of
them working together on a
photo shoot is seldom.
Matt comes to us from
his media days as a
photojournalist covering
sports in the mid-West. He
started his wedding career ten
years ago and since then has
never looked back, having
been kept extremely busy and
in-demand by future brides.
Photographers Lisa Brown and Matt McGraw may be engaged, but their busy
individual schedules rarely allows them to participate in the same photo shoot.
