Day 1– Addis Ababa (The new Flower)
Morning: arrival in Addis Ababa Bole International Airport and then cheek in to your
hotel. The journey starts with a tour of the capital city Addis Ababa, literally means
“New Flower”. Addis Ababa is Africa’s undisputed diplomatic capital. Headquarters of
the African Union (AU) and the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) are located in
Addis. Later in the afternoon; visit to the National Museum and then to the
ethnographic museum to see the different lifestyles of the major Ethiopian Ethnic
groups. Overnight: hotel.
Day2 – Addis Ababa -Arbaminch
Drive to Arbaminch to say ‘forty springs’ .It is
510km from the capital city. En route visit
villages of Oromo, welayeta and Halaba
Tribes. Overnight: hotel.

Day 3 - Arbaminch
In the morning you will take a boat trip on Chamo lake to visit
corocodiles, hippos etc. After lunch drive to Doreze village, here
we admire their houses, unique culture, cultivation of the false
banana (ensete) from where they extract their traditional bread
(Kotcho), work of waves and culture. Overnight:
Paradise lodges.
Day 4- Arbaminch - Jinka
Drive to Jinka across various villages and ethnic like
Konso, Tsemay and Bena. Visit UNESCO recorded
world heritage site of Konso and continue drive to
Jinka with a stop at Tsemay and Bena village. If it is

market where different Omo valley ethnic group meet
in harmony.

Day 5 – Jinka- Mursi - Jinka
Drive from Jinka Excursion to the Mursi people via Mago National Park. These people
are curious and famous in that the women wear geometrical lip plates in the slits of
their lips. The men practice fierce stick fighting. . Overnight: Jinka resort.
Day 6 – Jinka - Turmi
This day drive to Turmi. If it is Saturday; you will visit the spectacular Dimeka market
where different Omo valley ethnic group meet in harmony. In the late afternoon vsit Ari
people who are famous for their beautiful handcrafts. Overnight: Buska Lodge
Day 7- Turmi
In the morning drive to the Kortcho villages’ for a visit of most decorated Omo valley
tribe of Karo, with a spectacular view over Omo River. Drive to the Turmi for the visit
of hamer people’s life and their daily interaction. Overnight: Buska Lodge
Day 8- Turmi - Arbaminch
Late in the morning drive to Arbaminch with a visit of
Erborae people and their life style. Overnight: hotel.

Day 9- Arbaminch - Langano
After having breakfast Drive to Rift Valley Lake of Langano. On the way you will visit
the banana art museum at Shahemene. Overnight: Savan Langano.
Day 10- Langano - Addis Ababa
Morning relaxation at Langano, visit the other rift valley lakes Ziway. In the Afternoon
drive back to Addis Ababa. You will have dinner at Ethiopian traditional restaurant
where you can experience traditional music and dance. Drive to Bole International
airport for Departure.
