The constitution of our By-Laws says
the dues will be ~'~~.OO foY' 8. resident member, and $1.00
ror a non-r .sident member, but Lhe dire1jtors pu't a~'
assessJilent of $2.00 on the $5.00 member and 8 $1.00
assessment on the $1.00 member.
NON the question is do I collect the
War Tax on the assessment~and is it not up to~the
individual to pay this tax and not to the Club.
