do it yourself, or have a local mechanic, a ROUSH-authorized Ford dealer, or our own
ROUSH technicians install the parts.

3-valve V8 powertrain system, bringing the total power to 435 hp and
400 lb-ft. Fits both manual and automatic vehicles and comes

instructions (no supplemental kit required). Please note that this kit
only works for 2005-2009 model year Mustang GTs.
ROUSH maintains vehicle’s original 3-year/36,000-mile factory
drivetrain warranty, or one year on ROUSH components for vehicles
already past their warranty date. This kit is also 50-state legal.
Includes a ROUSH M90 Roots-style supercharger, intake manifold,
air-to-water intercooler system, 73mm supercharger pulley
(generating 5 PSI of boost), and high-flow fuel injectors and induction
system. In addition to this hardware, the key to maximizing performance
is the upgraded ROUSH PCM calibration. ROUSHcharger owners

This Underdrive Pulley has a diameter that is 25% less than stock so
25% less power is diverted to running accessories. More power is
freed for performance. Fits 2005-2010 Mustang GTs with 4.6L engine
only, and does not work with ROUSHcharged vehicles.

lower intake manifolds, intercooler, low temp radiator, cold air intake

minimizes any decreased airflow through pipe bends. This method
allows for a significant increase in flow over stock/crushed-bent

ROUSH’s warranty obligations for ROUSH Parts and Accessories (individually and collectively “Part(s)”) is
limited to defects in materials and workmanship, as solely determined after ROUSH’s careful inspection,
for that period identified in the policies below that begins on the date of retail purchase by the original
end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”).
Warranty Period: 90 Days from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser.
*Excludes ROUSH Wheels; ROUSHcharger; and ROUSH Competition Parts which the warranty coverage
for the foregoing, if any, is separate from that explained here.

ROUSH WHEELS – WARRANTY
FORGED WHEELS: The wheel finish is covered for the earlier of 3-Years or 36,000 miles from the date of
retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser.
CAST/LIQUID WHEELS: The wheel finish is covered for the earlier of 2-Years or 24,000 miles from the
date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser.
PAINTED WHEELS: The wheel finish is covered for the earlier of 1-Year or 12,000 miles from the date of
retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser.
 If tires are included with the purchase of Wheel(s), they are separately warranted by the tire
manufacturer.

When we receive your returned package, a ROUSH representative will
inspect the returned Product(s), Verifying quantity and condition. (See “Return
Exemption” below.) Once ROUSH has completed an inspection to its
satisfaction, ROUSH will issue a credit (less a 15% restocking fee) on that
returned Product(s) found to have no defects.

BACKORDERS
When backorders occur, we will hold that portion of the order. Customer’s/
Dealer’s account will not be billed for any item until it is shipped.

ROUSH ships most orders via 3-5 day ground service. Oversized or heavy
orders are shipped 7-10 days by common carrier. Express delivery is not
available through our website. For express orders, please contact ROUSH
Performance Products at 1-800-597-6874 or contact a ROUSH dealer in your
area for assistance as pricing and shipping delivery is not available through our
website. Please inspect your package for damage before accepting it. When
shipping damage has occurred, please file a claim with the carrier.
SHIPPING: Most orders will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt if the
Product(s) is in stock and is placed during our normal business hours of
8:30 am – 5:00 pm (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday. Orders placed
during holidays, weekends or outside of our normal business hours will be
processed within approximately 72 hours of the next business day. PLEASE

ROUSH COMPETITION PARTS – NO WARRANTY
Each ROUSH competition part is sold “as is”, “where is”, “with all faults”, and without any express
guarantees or warranties whatsoever. To the greatest extent permitted by state and federal law, ROUSH
disclaims all express and implied warranties including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose; regardless if a particular purpose is identified in association with the
ROUSH competition part including, without limitation, any sales literature or as a result of representations
made by ROUSH or any party selling or providing ROUSH competition parts. ROUSH expressly disclaims
all liability for direct, indirect, special incidental, or consequential damages (regardless if ROUSH has
been notified of the possibility of such damage), including, without limitation, injury to persons including
death; damage to or loss of property or equipment; cost of labor; loss of profits, winnings or revenue; cost
of purchase, cost of substitute products or replacement of goods; the cost of ROUSH competition parts or
any vehicle components or parts affected by the ROUSH competition parts; down time costs; claims of
buyer’s end users for such damages that were in any way derived or resulted from the recommendation,
installation or use of ROUSH competition parts.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not cover damage to the Part(s) caused or induced by: (i)
normal wear and tear or improper installation; (ii) road hazards, abuse, neglect,
accidents, collisions, fire, theft, freezing, vandalism, riot, explosion, or objects
striking the Part(s); (iii) misusing the Part(s) such as driving over curbs,
overloading, racing, or using a vehicle on or in which the Part(s) is installed as
a stationary power source; (iv) altering, disassembling, tampering or modifying
the Part(s) or any component on the Part(s); (v) adding non-ROUSH approved
components such as headers or converters; (vi) failures, breakdowns, or
damage by other parts or components or the vehicle itself; (vii) subjecting the
Part(s) to excessive moisture or water or any motor vehicle fluids (e.g. oil,
antifreeze, brake fluid, battery acid, etc.); (viii) operating the Part(s) outside the
permitted or intended uses or specifications described by ROUSH; (ix) acts of
God, natural disasters and other similar causes beyond the reasonable control
of ROUSH; (x) application of chemicals including, without limitation, caustic
(acid based) cleaners on painted, vinyl striping or metal finished surfaces of the
Part(s); (xi) failure to follow recommended maintenance of the Part(s) including
without limitation and where applicable, periodic cleaning and polishing; (xii) the
removal or defacing of any serial number, ROUSH mark on the Part(s); or (xiii)
surface deterioration of paint, trim, leather and appearance items on Part(s)
that result from use and/or exposure to the elements or environmental
conditions including, without limitation, lightning, rain, hail, windstorm,
earthquake, tornado, hurricane, floods, road salt, tree sap, dust, water, stone
chips, scratches, bird droppings, or normal wear and tear.
