It is with great excitement that I invite you to Organ Tour
Italia 2015, the third year of the Organ Tour program in Italy.
With the success of the tours over the past two summers,
Organ Tour returns to Italy this summer again under the
musical guidance of world-renowned Italian organist, Ennio
Cominetti. I look forward to the summer ahead as we travel
to Florence with day trips to Rome, Siena, and Arezzo.
The Organ Tour program is designed for organists, pianists,
and all those interested in the pipe organ, and provides a
unique mix of music, history, and sight-seeing. Participants
will play a variety of organs from the 18th century through
today. In addition, there will be daily opportunities to
perform in masterclasses and attend lectures on organs,
organists, and the history of organ music – Italian and
beyond. I hope you will consider joining us.

Terms and Conditions
Registration Process:
To complete Organ Tour registration, complete and submit this form to [email protected] or to Musical
Collaborations, P.O. Box 268, Denville, NJ 07834 USA. Visit http://www.organtour.com to submit registration
materials electronically.
Please include a copy of your passport with registration.
Fee Schedule:
The cost of the tour is $1250 (1040€). A $500 (415€) deposit per person is due at the time of registration. Once registration
has been received and confirmed, 50% of the balance is due by April 1, 2015. The remaining balance is due by May 15, 2015.
Checks drawn on a bank of the United States in US dollars may be made payable to Organ Tour. Electronic payments are
accepted via Paypal through http://www.organtour.com.
Student Scholarships:
Two student scholarships are available in the amount of $750 (625€). The scholarship application is available at http://
www.organtour.com.
Waiting List:
A waiting list will be created when the maximum number of participants has been reached.
Cancellation:
In the event that the tour is cancelled, all participants will receive refunds. If the participant cancels his or her registration
before April 1, 2015, the participant will receive a refund minus the $500 deposit. If the participant cancels his or her
registration after April 1, 2015, but before May 31, 2015, the participant will receive a refund minus $750. After May 31, 2015
no refunds can be given. There are no refunds for unused portions of the tour.
Passport and Entry Requirements:
Citizens of the USA and Canada are able to enter Italy without a visa for a length of stay less than 90 days. Passports must
be valid for at least 3 months beyond the end of the intended trip. Citizens of the Russian Federation must first obtain a
visa before entry into Italy. Citizens of Schengen Countries can travel freely to Italy. Citizens of all other countries, please
contact us to confirm your entry requirements. The most up to date entry requirements can be found here: http://

Language:
The working languages of the tour are English and Italian. Additional accommodation for language will be made depending
upon the make-up of the group.
Meals:
Breakfast is provided daily during the tour. Dinner is provided each evening during the tour. Drink costs are not included
and can be paid directly to the restaurants.
Transportation:
Ground transportation is included from Firenze (Florence) Peretola Airport and Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station
on the morning of Saturday, July 18, 2015 based on participant arrival times. Transportation will be provided by trains, airconditioned coach, mini-buses, vans, and automobiles throughout the course of the tour.
Flights and airfare are not included in this tour. For assistance in booking your flight, please contact us. We are happy to
assist you.
Services:
Musical Collaborations LLC dba Organ Tour is responsible for providing the tour outlined herein and assumes no
responsibility for actions beyond its control in connection with travel services. In case of need Organ Tour will provide
alternate accommodations and/or services comparable to those originally published. Organ Tour is not responsible or
liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of personal injury or death, loss of enjoyment, upset,
disappointment, distress or frustration, loss of or damage to property, accident, delay, non performance, irregularity, or
any consequence from them, which may be occasioned through the neglect or default or any act or omission of any travel
services provider or any governmental authority or which may be occasioned through weather, equipment failure, labor
disputes, sickness, theft or any other reason not within the direct control of Organ Tour. Your deposit certifies that you
agree with the above terms and conditions.
