The Easypack Cassette is a simple, versatile
system that converts cassettes of plastic film
into large volume air bags for use as in the box
packaging for goods in transit
The machine itself is compact and light, yet
robust and low maintenance, making it
perfect for small and large packaging set-ups
alike. The Cassette system is very easy to get up and
running - requiring little or no technical assistance. Simply plug in and go!
The Cassette is small and lightweight, making it easy to place into any
pre-existing work spaces or packing benches. The airbags produced by the Cassette are extremely
versatile and are suitable for a wide range of products even the most delicate of items such as plants.

Bags More for Your Money
The airbags from the Cassette are produced on site and on demand, meaning you only ever produce as much as you require, thus reducing waste.
The airbag film is supplied on ‘Cassettes,’ each of which expands to produce up to 0.8m3 of void fill cushion packaging.
‘Cassettes’ of airbag film are supplied in boxes of 9 which will expand to over 55 times their original volume, saving precious storage space in your warehouse.
The ‘cassettes’ of film are quick and easy to change as required, maximising production time.
Lightweight airbags add next to nothing to the weight of packages, minimising carriage charges.

The Cassette allows the packer to produce airbags to
the specific requirements of each product they are
packing.
The airbags can be as long or as short as required and
the operative can choose the level of inflation of each
airbag to ensure it correctly fits the product and
package and will not burst under pressure in transit.
For packaging areas with little room, the Cassette is available on
an adjustable stand to save space.
When the desired length and level of inflation are
achieved, the airbag is sealed with the press of a
button and the airbag simply tears off - no mess, no
fuss, no waste.

small ones

engineer to your site, we will arrange the immediate exchange of your out of commission machine
with a fully functioning one.
