Our collection of freestanding private beachfront villas provides a new level of luxury.
The Residences
The Residences opened in 2015 as the first 3 freestanding private beachfront villas in the Private Villa Collection,
offering luxury and privacy in 2 to 5 bed configurations with 6,500 sqft of indoor/outdoor living space.
Featuring design by the renowned Thom Filicia, throughout The Residences' gated, 3 villa micro-resort enclave
you'll find the finest finishes and amenities, including infinity pools, outdoor showers, and chef's kitchens.
The Dunes
Striking a balance between environmental responsibility and contemporary design,
The Dunes is located on Smith's Reef, a walk-out coral reef.
3 oceanfront bedrooms in the main villa complement 2 additional executive pool suites, with total indoor/outdoor living space of 6,700 sqft. Each of the 2 Dunes villas
have 2 pools—one oceanfront, and one anchoring an outdoor living oasis in the heart of each home that features an outdoor kitchen and dining area.

FOCUS
Grace Bay Club enlisted renowned celebrity designer Thom Filicia to lead the resort's multimillion dollar redesign. The island’s natural beauty and tropical surroundings inspired the design,
with playful nods to the beach setting in the materials and colors.
Grace Bay Club's lobby was redesigned in the first phase of the resort's partnership with renowned designer Thom Filicia. The brightened space, which embraces the
outdoors and a chic-yet-comfortable style, received a Gold Magellan Award for lobby design.
INFINITI RESTAURANT & RAW BAR

emerged following a $2 million renovation
with refreshed architectural features,
landscaping, and interiors by Thom Filicia.
The Raw Bar...
features fresh local seafood dishes in the form
of crudo and ceviche, a signature Angus Beef
tartare, and dishes highlighting local produce.

redesign of the adults-only Hotel at Grace Bay Club. The
Hotel has attained near-landmark status since opening
