September 8th, 2007 Weissberg Corporation Project Moving Forward The new mixed-use Weissberg Corporation project in the SE Quadrant On Columbia Pike continues to move through the Fairfax County process. August 30th, 2007 BCRC Community Maps The latest step was the posting for public view of the plans by Weissberg to build a new East County office building for the county. The building would be the office part of the planned office-retail-residential complex. The public-private partnership for the office building is designed to result in a new building for the county in less time and for less cost than a county construction project. The next step for the Weissberg project is to win Fairfax County Planning and Zoning Department approval.
