CAMPS FOR YOUTH
KIDS TRAINING: A variation of the Gold Medal Training Camp
designed for serious wrestlers in grades 4 - 7.
FUTURE CHAMPIONS: For wrestlers in grades 1 - 3 who
have less than 3 years of experience.
CAMPS FOR TEENS
GOLD MEDAL: A unique blend of technical instruction, intense
drilling, live wrestling, and review sessions designed for serious
teenage wrestlers.
TECHNIQUE: 4-day option for wrestlers with little to moderate
experience.
Our Youth Camps are designed so that the
wrestlers have a positive experience in a closely
supervised environment. Parents are always
welcome to attend all camp sessions free.
Housing and meals for parents can be arranged.
GREAT FACILITIES/LOCATION
Wrestlers will eat, sleep, and train at the Ramada Inn
Convention Center. Campers stay four to a room. We will pick
you up and drop you off free of charge at the University Park Airport
or Greyhound Bus Station in State College. Send your itinerary to
[email protected] by Dec. 13 to receive this service.
PARENTS & COACHES
Parents and coaches are welcome to attend all sessions for FREE.
Coaches can participate in our technique and training sessions. We
provide nightly coaches seminars with Coach Chertow and our staff,
covering a wide variety of training methods and coaching techniques.
A coach or parent who organizes a group may qualify for free hotel
accommodations and meals at camp.

our Home Training Center (HTC). Small group,
personalized instruction is available for teams
and individuals.
TRAINING CAMPS

Weekend Warrior Camps consist of 4 essential components:
Technique Instruction - In a wide variety of important areas.
Intense Drilling - To perfect your set-ups, timing & combinations.
Live Wrestling - Champions making Champions!
Sports Science - Discussions on mental preparation, nutrition,
strength training, goal setting, earning a scholarship & more.
Wrestlers of all ages travel to State College, PA,
to work with Coach Chertow at the HTC.
Typical Camp Schedule
CHECK-IN: Friday 6 - 6:45 PM or Saturday morning. Late check-in is available.
CHECK-OUT: Sunday, 2:00 PM.

Parents and coaches are welcome to video tape, take notes, and participate.
