1…… Our Chamber of Commerce strives to utilize electronic meeting notices whenever possible. If you have a fax number or e-mail
address, PLEASE be sure to include it on the application so we can minimize mailing costs and reminder phone calls for meetings and
other events. Thank you!

MEMBER ADVERTISING PRICE LIST
Ads to be placed on the Heber/Overgaard Chamber of Commerce website are offered to our
Chamber Members for a 12 month period from June 1st until May 31st of the following year.
Ads are included on the Chamber Website and are sized as shown on an individual computer
screen. You can provide finished ads or they can be created for you by our Webmaster, David
Manning, at no extra cost for standard requests. Special requests like logo creation incur
additional charges. *
Ad sizes and current costs are listed below:
1/4 Page: $110.00
1/2 Page: $170.00
Full Page: $270.00
* Custom logo creation for your business is a flat fee of $50.00. Using your original input, 3
rough drafts will be created for you to pick from and then fine-tuned to your specifications.

the Chamber of Commerce. He offers complete computer repair, website creation &

ADVERTISING CONTRACT
The following contract represents an agreement between the Heber/Overgaard Chamber of Commerce,
hereinafter referred to as the Chamber, and _______________________, hereinafter referred to as the
Advertiser.
The Chamber agrees to include the contracted ad on the Chamber website for a period of 12 months in the size
contracted and the format provided by the Advertiser, or developed through the Chamber, with approval of the
Advertiser.
The Advertiser agrees to be a current Chamber member in good standing for the duration of the contract and has
submitted both membership dues and contracted advertising fees to the Chamber. Fees are due and payable
before any ad is published on the Chamber website. The Chamber reserves the right to review all ads for content
and reject any advertising deemed unacceptable to community standards.
The Advertiser agrees to notify the Chamber should the business be closed for any reason so that the ad can be
removed from the Chamber website. Fees paid by the Advertiser cannot be refunded in any event.
