Annual Meeting
Our Annual Meeting was held on Thursday, July 24, 2014 but because we did not
have quorum it has been re-scheduled for Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 8:00pm.
Thank you to the residents that sent in their ballots!! We need all residents to
either return their ballots, completed and valid, to the club by 5:00pm on August
12th or attend the meeting and bring their completed ballot with them. A completed
ballot is one that has been filled out by the homeowner and placed in the small
inner envelope then sealed. It becomes valid once the inner envelope is placed in
the mailing envelope, SEALED and the upper left-hand corner of the mailing
envelope has the homeowner’s name, property address and their signature.
Renters are not eligible to vote. If any renters has receive a ballot packet please
contact the club so this important information can be sent to the homeowner as
soon as possible.

The Glenbrook CERT team is requesting the following new or gently used tools:
Shovels, wedges, axe, crowbar, wheel barrel, storage covered storage bins, trash cans w/wheels.
Cash donations are also welcome. All of these items as well as medical supplies be stored at the club
for emergency operations. Barbara Sideri is our CERT coordinator. For more information please call

About the Team
The Brea Glenbrook Swim Team
(BGST) is a year round swim team consisting of about 120 swimmers between
the ages of five and eighteen. We also
feature an adult Masters program and
pre-swim team program. BGST was
established in 1972. BGST is a member
club of United States Swimming (USA)
and competes in a summer USA league
in Orange County. Swimmers also
compete in invitational meets and special “fun” meets and activities throughout the season. This session’s practices
will run from April through the middle
of August. If you are interested in joining the team or have questions, please
come to one of the registration days or
call us!
