What is a schnitzel?
Quite simply, a “schnitzel” is the method of tenderizing meat
by pounding it thin, breading it, then frying it until it’s crunchy
on the outside and super juicy on the inside. At Seven Hens,
we use tender, all-natural chicken raised here in Georgia to
create our schnitzels. Taking inspiration from foods from
around the globe, we add spices and flavorful ingredients to
craft unique culinary experiences with every schnitzel dish.
